There is talk that the Turkish club are trying to terminate his season long loan deal to bring in another player.Surely they cannot do this without coming to some agreement with us first or find another club for him through his agent. Let them pay up his loan and we can send him elsewhere. Otherwise what’s the point of a contract even if it’s a loan

www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/stoke-city-leicester-press-conference-4868909A rumour that Peter Etebo might return in January - any truth?MON: It’s definitely a rumour! The players who are out on loan are out on loan for the season and that won’’t change. It was what they wanted at that period in time. They made that decision and we made that decision as a club. Maybe because the loan hasn’t gone well, you can’t just decide you want to come back. It doesn’t work like that. We don’t envisage any of the loan players who are currently at various clubs returning to Stoke in January.

Etebo, Woods and Badou were banging on his door after his first full training session and demanding transfers. Wankers. Good on O’Neill for banishing them.

Shit at football though. Keep wanting a water break. I dunno though.... more nimble and dexterous than Vokes Probably safer hands than Bursik too! A strange analogy, it’s great when you witness a player that can do that kind of thing as an individual, crouch was ace at it (as gangly as his frame was) I guess in the current line up it would be Powell is the otter. Can’t help but think what football we would witness if the team was an otter. Damn good I think.

An odd career.
Was creamed over in the World Cup but imo showed tactical indiscipline and looked a muddled player. And I still think that applies. He thinks he’s a number 10, he definitely isn’t.
He didn’t have the discipline to play deeper either but that was starting to grow and he was looking much better for it.
Shame really as I think under a good manager like MoN he could have been turned into a good version of Allen as he’s a lot better at pretty much everything than him.

I always thought he had all the tools to be a good if not very good player in England. Athletically he seemed very suited to the physical energetic game and just needed coaching. Unfortunately he was a victim of our first season and a half in the Championship with two managers leaving. It can't have been easy to settle over here in the situation which we were in and I think I'm right in saying his wife and kid never got a visa to come and join him so I feel sorry for the way his career went with us. I bet clubs like Liverpool, Utd etc don't have trouble getting visas for families of players. Admittedly I think he got married after he joined us but it seemed incredibly harsh on a young family.

Started the last 2 league games - so things are looking up. Big bonus if we could shift him for actual cash in the summer, with 2 1/2 yrs left on his no doubt hefty deal
-- Etebo, who made good use of the chance he found in the Kasimpasa match in rotation, was also in the top 11 in Alanya away. The Nigerian, who was again successful in the role of number 6
Terim will continue to reward Etebo, who played well, and will play in the top 11 instead of Taylan in the Erzurumspor match.
Etebo, who remained in the team, took advantage of Fatih Terim's opportunity to play when everyone was desperate for him and suddenly became the bank of the first 11. If Etebo, born in 1995, maintains this performance, it will be on the agenda to get a transfer from Stoke City at the end of the season.

Peter Etebo won't come anywhere close to Joe Allen in terms of his career, with the right attitude he could've been a success here and probably earned himself an even bigger money move to the Premier League as in terms of talent he seems capable, he doesn't have the right attitude though and for that reason he will never reach his potential. He'll happily pick up his wages for the duration of his contract here and after that we'll likely never hear of him again.

www.sporx.com/galatasarayda-surpriz-kahraman-etebo-SXHBQ914551SXQHe took on a completely different identity with the transfer of his citizens. Disappointing with his performance in the first half of the Super League in Aslan and even spoken to be sent in January after his injury, Etebo makes a difference with his effective football in the last games. While Galatasaray was winged to the summit by making 7 in 7, the name that marked the last two weeks was Oghenekaro Etebo! The young player, who was disappointing with his performance in the first half of the league and was even spoken to be sent in January after his injury, has taken on a completely different identity in recent weeks. The transfer of his countryman Henry Onyekuru played an important role in the exit of the Nigerian football player as much as the coach Fatih Terim. Etebo, who was always with Onyekuru in his daily life, became more involved with the team with the arrival of the footballer who played for two terms in G.Saray. In the first 11 in the Erzurum match The competition for the team in the team also pushed Etebo's performance for the better, while the Nigerian player marked the matches of Kasımpaşa and Alanyaspor. Etebo came to the fore in the last played Alanya exam with a hundred 94.1 general passing hit, 92.9% passing hit on the opponent's field, 4 unclaimed ball wins and 63.6% double fighting. It was learned that coach Fatih Terim will give a chance to the young football player in the BB Erzurumspor match. The experienced coach will not cut Etebo, whose performance he is extremely pleased with, and will reward his player by assigning him in the top 11. Stoke City will be asked for a discount If Etebo continues this performance, Galatasaray will sit at the table with Stoke City at the end of the season. Etebo, which was rented for 675 thousand Euros for a season, had 7.5 million Euros written as a purchase option in the contract. Yellow reds will meet with the English club if the Nigerian football player does not break this line in the next 15 games. If a report comes from the technical delegation to take Etebo's testimonial, and if the administration, which will sit at the bargaining table, can convince the British for a figure in the range of 2.5 to 3 million Euros, then Etebo's
