If you live in an area that is low risk you can still travel into a high risk area for work, they were doing a Q&A on Jeremy Vine last week and this came up.

When you get a certain age radio one slips into radio two plus It's the majority and I have to go with it, they were saying it's the same for Wales re the work thing as a lot of people live just over the boarder and pass over for work.
