Obviously hurling abuse and calling people dreadfully names of other posters and accusing them of all sorts is highly amusing, and for reasons unknown you get away with time after time. When it gets hot, admin bail you out. HOWEVER... When you start on someone like John Caudwell you are in a different area. Let's hope the info and screenshots that I sent to him will wipe the smile PERMANENTLY off your face. From what his p/a told me, he takes accusations that you made very very seriously, and rightly so, Billionaire philanthropists like him rely on a good reputation, the people they mix with such as Royalty, celebs, politicians etc etc etc ( all the people you hate ) do a huge ammount of due diligence, and mud slinging and slurs such as yours are taken very seriously. Laugh all you like Sheikhy Boy, but hopefully they will take action. Fuck this shit off this thread you pair of massive sad bastards. Its alright mate Partridge will have me prison by dawn the filthy grass 😁

The Graham Taylor documentary whatever it was called. Classic lines such as “do I not like that”, “can we not knock it” and “thank you very much linesman you’ve just cost me my job”. It was brilliant viewing😬

It was brilliant viewing😬 really showed up Carlton Palmer and Gascoigne as well as not a brain cell between them It was great stuff= I actually felt a bit sorry for Taylor after watching it as showed what a nice man he was Ziggy and Imelda going at it in Grange Hill and Trevor Cleaver being annoying

Another thing mentioned a bit further up the thread, was the rehabilitation of 70s style and pop culture. It had been characterised as the decade that style forgot and used by the Tories to remember the worst bits. Group like Pulp, Blur, Supergrass ie those who had grown up in that decade made fashionable again some of the style and look of that decade. Things like Raleigh Choppers and Austin Allegros became ironic cultural icons. For me though, best bit was ‘Match of the 70s’ on Thursday nights in 1995 during that hot summer.

Helly Hansen puffer jackets. I know it’s not strictly 90s but in the latter days I remember a bit of a fashion for wearing Berghaus, North Face and Spray Way coats. The really expensive ones.

Gonna have to pull you up on this, Peter. Austin Allegros have never been cultural icons!

Watched some editions of 'Star Test' on YouTube the other night, completely forgot about it.
'Remote Control' with Tony Wilson was another favourite of mine.
Used to love the Chart Show as well. All music, no pissing about.

The roller coaster in the shows opening credits was the corkscrew at Alton Towers I believe.
