If Boris is encouraging people to pack into indoor cinemas to save a dying industry, then he can allow a controlled number of supporters to support their local clubs in a safe outdoor environment.

Another one for the absolute shit show that has been the Tory govornment's response to this. Makes no sense. But then what does?

Saw this yesterday creeping up to 10k and already now racing up toward 175k. Also seeing many PL & EFL clubs, including ours, retweet is very encouraging.
If the Albert Hall can open at over 50% capacity, so then so can our football stadiums.

I agree in the main but we do not yet know what long term effects this virus will show, if any, either. So let's all sit in our houses and just wait to see what happens shall we? No thanks, I haven't got time for that, i'd actually like to go out and do the things I enjoy. Take care!

Anyone over 50 should be concerned with COVID. There are a lot of diseases people over 50 should be concerned about. Here's a fact for you; you have a miles better chance of surviving this virus than you do getting through cardiac arrest, heart attack or some of the horrible cancers you can develop. And the long term effects of those diseases as well as diabetes can have profound effects on your health if you do get through them. But let's all obsess with one virus. Village and its idiot Dave as per usual. Did you actually go to school.

If people want to stay locked away in their houses to stay safe then fine, good on you, but let the rest of society get on with their lives. As has been said, you're more likely to get ill going shopping with the Mrs than going to a socially distanced match at a reduced capacity Its about keeping others safe, not you. Same as smoking, one for the selfish.

I understand now These people who are going to go to he football A) Don't work B) Don't go to the shop C) Don't use public transport D) Don't have families More than likely these same naive and selfish individuals intend on going to the pub, generally take more risks and are far more likely to contract COVID and pass it on to people who are taking as many precautions as possible. Sounds fair.....

I've already been working from home since March and it's really impacting negatively now on my own wellbeing, and that of family who have me here day in day out whereas I used to be in the office. This can't go on indefinitely. Chances are, we won't even have a good quality vaccine for years anyway

Can you tell us how you plan on vaccinating the entire human population?

We can easily stay in lockdown for 12 months

Just because it doesn't fit your own personal circumstances and preferences, this is why we are a society and not a collection of individuals just doing what they want

And you've got the nerve to call people idiots. Well its up to you, otherwise a good chance many millions will die. In Paris, Covid-19 patients are taking up more than 40% of intensive care beds. This is happening whether we like it or not. It is completely shit and I am totally fed up of it but its a fact this shit is happening. Pretending its not is not a solution
