Not seen a thread on this so apologies if there already is, a young 17 year old Stokie has tragically passed away. I didn't know him or his family but he was a member of the Knypersley Supporters Club so I'm sure many on here did.
Heartbreaking news. Three of my grandsons are around Harry's age and I can't even put into words how I would feel if anything happened to them. His parents must be beyond devastated. I send them and his family and close friends my deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences.
I was fortunate enough to know this young man for many years, have been friends with his dad since school and our little gang on Bus 4 from the Knype supporters club - a group of families with kids of similar age - have travelled to every home game, a number of away, Wembley etc together for donkeys years
Harry (and his twin Jack) both teriffic footballers too, their dad Steve ran his team as I ran mine (a year older) in Biddulph LadsanDads together, and they were keen boxers as well
Lisa (mum) is a nurse at North Staffs, and on the night I had my heart incident, looked after my wife and family as they awaited news, and we will never forget that.
Since Monday when the news broke, the town has been in shock tbh, such lovely kid, top family much loved by all - I find it so upsetting I cant put words to it, so how the family feel you cant imagine.
Much love to the Mullingtons - Steve, Lisa and Jack, and the rest of the family dealing with such a tragic and desperate time.
