Can you imagine him and McClean in the same team?
Guile and graft.
Like an elite version of BoJon.

The cynic in me thinks PSG because he's guaranteed to win at least 2 trophies a season and a fat pay packet.
I'd have respect for him if he came to England but I don't think he'll fancy it.

Not that I'm cynical in any way but he will go no where ,but he will get another pay rise. I don't think he will ever join another club

All comes down to the clause in his contract stipulating he should have handed in a transfer request by 10th June to be allowed to leave on a free. Not sure the CoviD pandemic will be a suitable reason to argue otherwise if it goes to Court.
Either way, this is massive news. Messi and Barcelona is virtually a hybrid machine. Separating them would be like groundbreaking surgery. I can't imagine him in any other shirt's colours.

I'd have a lot of respect for him if he joined a proper club and didn't just go chasing the money.

Roumers as to why its kicked off even more and he definitely wants out is because Koeman has aparantly told Suarez to do one your not needed. Him Messi big mates aparantly.

Neymar going end up back as Barca as the main man which is what he wants. The fans adore him there. As for Messi you know he belongs here.

I'm sure Macron can be talked into making shirts in our original colours, just to accomodate Leo, They already did that shirt a few years ago.

He'll stay at Barca, its a negotiating ploy to get more money and get them to re-sign Neymar.
No way he's on a free anyway, if contract states a date rather than 'end of season + x days'
But if he does persist, given he's out of contract next summer Barca won't hold out for €700m either. More like the €100m Ronaldo went for.

Give him 20% stake in bet365 & have 365 has shirt number and have him as "player/coach" like Rooney at derby

I'd love to see him in the Premier League. Not Man City or Liverpool though, given how far ahead of everyone they were last season. Or Arsenal. Or Chelsea.
If he came and did it in the Premier League (even just for a season), there would be less arguments over whether Ronaldo is the better player.

PSG so he can continue to play hide n seek with the taxman

It’s not about money though, it’s about the shambles Barca have become under the current President. Messi has dragged the team along for 4 or 5 seasons now to keep them at the top or near the top. He’s obviously had enough and he’s made it quite plain over the last few seasons his disdain for the current hierarchy. I think the president hanging on to power in the last few months of his tenure before new elections and appointing Koeman was the final straw.
He’s simply had enough.

It wouldn't surprise me if he finished his career in Argentina. He doesn't need the money at this point.

The most tedious question of the last decade is who’s best, Ronaldo or Messi. If they played together it’d be intriguing.

Messi wants to leave. Koeman persuades Messi to stay. Barcelona president lauded for appointing Koeman.
Unlikely, I know. But I wouldn't be surprised with Barca.
Will be funny when they replace him with Neymar though.
