are still to be finalised, but who do you want in the opening game next season?
Plus who do you think we will get?
I think we will get, either a relegated club or a promoted one.
I would like Barnsley at home for the opener, hopefully getting us off to a winning start.

We're of course in with a great chance to extend our unbeaten run, and while I think we have the capacity to win against any team, unfortunately we also have it in us to lose to the worst possible teams. It'd be great if we could set a marker to show we're going to be up there with the best, so I'd like us to win against either Brentford or Fulham, one of those teams are going up, but the losers of the Wembley game may still have open wounds of disappointment that we can exploit.

Would prefer a relegated team.
I have no idea re. the stats behind it but how many of the relegated teams win on the opening day? Got a feeling it isn't much.

Got to be Forest hasn’t it!? Hope not. Last time we faced a team we dicked, we got it back in spades. Remember Bolton?

Not a trouncing, but also Liverpool at home on the opening day of 2015-16, after the 6-1 on the final day of the previous season. They played with an absolute determination not to lose again, and ended up winning with a late Coutinho wonder goal. Not sure it's ever an easy game to play a team you humiliated very recently.

I feel the Jive Bunny organisation as a whole has a lot to answer for but like with say Goober & The Ghost Chasers or James Last and his orchestra, the lead figure has to take the rap If we were dealing with say Freebie and the Bean or PJ and Duncan then more of a shared responsibility

I'd like to see a Stoke side at home, with a balanced, pacey, aggressive style with LBs at LB, a proper DM, young, quick wingers, a solid goalkeeper against Jones Luton

Remember Bolton? more recent than that Liverpool, 6-1 then 1st game the next season 0-1 Same twatting referee who didn't send Skrtyl off in the 6-1 and he then played against us in the 0-1 and then only gave Lovren a yellow for elbowing Diouf
