At the time of writing (10.16) this sentinel article tells us that Clucas is bound for Millwall!!!!!!! Top stuff from the Sentinel Better read it quick before they alter it.

Jamie Kemble is the mastermind behind all this. Clearly a journalist to watch!

Probably just a simple little mistake when you really think about it... To be fair (to me) he has made the same mistake twice! But you are right it is a simple mistake. The real culprit is the apparent lack of anyone at the Sentinel employed to proof read the copy before it is published. Stoke City also appear not to proof read their web site either - amazing when you think that bet365, the parent company, must proof read their stuff - otherwise there could be big consequences with a simple mistake.

I demand an immediate resignation. If this guy can’t tell two ginger people apart then he should step down. I don’t want him to be made out to be gingerist but it’s clearly a case of subconscious gingerism. He must be educated and then slowly integrated back into the world in the hope he’s learnt his lesson.

I used to read a thing called May and Mar Lady and the spelling was atrocious
Surely it's Me and My Lady. Was littered with grammatical errors in the actual cartoon strip, not just the name

Considering the fact that the man who brought him here is now Millwall's manager, not to mention the fact that Clucas had a nearly altercation with O'Neill in front of the tv cameras and had to be dragged away by Shawcross before worse things happened, I would not rule out completely that something could happen this summer...

An investigation of Sentinelesque reliability has revealed that both Woods & Clucas are going, but to Brum, not Millwall. And there could be two other carrot-topped players involved.

They couldn’t afford him They'll just offer to take him on loan to spare O'Neill's blushes

They'll just offer to take him on loan to spare O'Neill's blushes Odd then that O'Neill proceeded to make him captain and then rave about how important he and Powell are to us...

Either he's a great diplomat, effasive, or he saved the stabbing for later (or he handled the situation some other way we don't know about). It wasn't O'Neill that made Clucas captain. That happened under Jones. A list was made of captains, and Clucas came a bit down the list, but with Shawcross, Allen, Collins, and Butland all out, it was his turn. Rave about Powell and Clucas. It has been known to be a great sales pitch...
