As soon as they equalised they looked like they were content to try and see the match out for a 1-1 and dropped the tempo and pace right down. What a strange piece of management. Play with caution yes but as we've seen many times it's a perilous thing to do. They never looked like a play off team though and anyone not knowing the table positions wouldn't have thought Stoke were facing a real possibility of relegation just 3 games ago. Gouranga. Got what they deserved imo, their manager told them to keep the ball and play it around as soon as they scored! Backfired a bit didn't it 😂. They did have enough chances, just some strange choices in final 3rd,thank god.

Forest were dogshit at our place - and they went top of the league that night...…... Sheffield Wednesday were dogshit when they beat us 1-0 at their place to go 3rd. As interesting as the league is there's a proper lack of quality. Yes it’s a very average league as Norwich have shown given how they ripped it up last year. I thought Swansea and Cardiff were awful at our ground and Fulham were average at best when we lost 1-0. West Brom and Brentford have a few decent players but only Leeds look to be likely to have a chance of staying up. With finances stretched, this is our best chance with the last year of parachute and players likely to fancy the security Bet365 offers. Paying all the club’s wages in full may turn out to be a master stroke

We’ve beaten 6 of the top 7, and 8 out of the 9 teams below us. Against the rest (7 teams from Millwall in 8th to Reading in 14th) we haven’t won a single game.

Just been reading the Forest match thread on the Forest site. A lot keep referring to tonight as being more embarrassing than Yeovil. What happened with Yeovil ? Anyone ? Just had a read of that myself, very entertaining. Did you notice Benji posts on there under the name "Harvey"?

West Brom have looked superb and awful at varying periods. Nothing at all to fear in this league.

They fucked up dropping half the team at home v Charlton where had they won would of gone into an automatic slot Football eh When I said in my local here in Clifton on Tuesday that Stoke would knock them out of the playoffs, some of them mentioned that the manager rested some of the players in the previous match against Barnsley.

Their manager keeps referring to "one point". www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/53511195If they'd gone for all 3 in any of their games and looking at their firepower, they'd be in the playoffs for sure.
