I hd a great pair of trainers but I hardly wore them. Didn't feel right, and had them a good while. They were worth a good £50 in my mind but could I shift them on eBay? Nope. In the end I gave them to the Red Cross charity shop. No harm done.

Not true. That’s like turning down a 5000 offer for a car that’s worth 8,000, and a year later it is in a bad crash that reduces its value to 1000. It’s a indefensible record Butland , Imbula , Bauer , berahino , wimmer , BMI , etebo , Badou , palacios , represent a capital depreciation on capital employed of circa £90m excluding wages , on international footballers , no executive should survive chucking away nearly £100m of investor funds not to mention vokes , Ince , in that time we’ve made one profitable transaction in Arnie so is says he’s chucked away £70 million pounds and overseen a relegation losing north I’d a £ 100millions of revenue thats like crashing 10 cars not 1 . Apples and oranges. Butland was good but lost it. The others were never good to start with.

I think the majority of Benji's post actually highlights some gifted players but they had shockingly poor attitudes and never wanted to be here

In the end I gave them to the Red Cross charity shop. No harm done. Did you turn down £30 for them a year before you sent them to the charity shop?

He must have photos of the entire board in rather compromising positions.......together! Unbelievable Jeff!

Hughes did manage to turn some careers around, notably Arnie, in true Waddington style. The most were clearly beyond help. Wimmer was known at Spurs to be a poor player with a poor attitude. He was the worst of the worst. Heads should have rolled long before it got out of hand.

A football professional, England International, - a shite keept doesn’t reach those levels. A shite keeper you see down pool dam on a Sunday morning. So yes it’s utter drivel. Utter drivel. Worst keeper in the premiership when we were relugated. One of if not the worst keeper in the championship for the the last three seasons. Hasn't played for England for years and when he did it was friendlys and dead rubber games. Always been massively overrated. He was never the best keeper at Stoke in his time here. Only for MON refusing to play him at the end of last season we would have been relugated again.

The butland project has failed. It has cost the/our club a fortune and relugation. Heard the door hit him on the arse on the way out. Nothing personal but he is a shite keeper Fuckwit alert Every time you look in the mirror you will see one

Good luck Jack in your new career! Isn’t it shocking a player the Board valued at £20m minimum 18 months ago went for a paltry £1m?! For a Board doing transfers the right way I thank goodness every day they’re not doing transfers the wrong way? Sobs!

Fortunately he is happy to admit when he has called it wrong .A sign of an intelligent manager .

It's been an hour and no one has said he's finally caught something? Going down the pan this place is. It's all very well making jokes, but does this mean he was potentially infectious (or infected) while he was part of the Stoke squad?

He’s a terrible goalkeeper. Couldn’t even catch Covid-19...
Oh wait.
For the record, I liked Jack. His penalty save from Hazard and getting us out of jail time and again more than make up for some brief shortcomings. I wish him the absolute best.
He wore Banks’ shirt and played a role at his funeral - which shows he cared about the club and the people. He was one of us.

Just relieved he got a wiggle on to catch that train to London. Probably the fastest he's moved for a while considering recent past performances! Do we receive an 'add-on' fee for the Covid??

I'm sure you won't need any evidence for that, it'll soon become fact for you now. I didn’t volunteer it or suggest it , and nor did my reply assume it to be fact so i am afraid your mistaken there . That doesn't usually stop you.

Hennessey is injured for months, Henderson will be below Butland in the pecking order whether you think he'd better or not. So 2nd choice..... He is fourth choice their three other keepers are far superior than Butland, the other three are foreigners. He is only there to make up the home country numbers. He will probably never play a first team competitive game for them Well Butland's sub keeper for Palace again tonight & has been 1st reserve ever since he recovered from CV19. & the injured Wayne Hennessey is back training & match fit & he's hoping he gets to play for Wales in the upcoming Internationals. So suggestions he'll only be 4th choice behind Hennessey & Henderson were slightly off the mark!

Butland’s decline is truly upsetting.
He was one of the best in the business at his peak for us and now he’s reserve fodder for a shit bottom half Premiership side at the age of 27, which should mean he’s in his prime.
Completely shot.

I know his time here was up, but how the fuck is he supposed to rebuild his career as Crystal Palace's number 3 keeper? He would have been better off signing for another Championship club or even league one side.
