Best outcome for us?
A Huddersfield win?
A draw?
Luton win?
Huddersfield currently one point above us 2 goals worse off re goal difference
Luton on 41 points?

Draw or a Huddersfield win.

Huddersfield win would put them 4 points ahead of us & would probably mean we wouldn't catch them however would surely be curtains for Luton draw I think but you can spin a positive or a negative out of any of the results

Oh a draw is best for us. 2 points awarded instead of 3.
Trouble with that though it is no fun watching a game where you want the result to be a draw.

I'd think I'd prefer Luton to win. They would still be below us and Huddersfield wouldn't pull away. I think we need as many teams with us in the mire as possible. I was hoping that goal difference would be like an extra point but that hopes gone now so it's just down to keeping 3 teams below us. Christ knows if that's possible.

A Barnsley draw against Wigan would also be perfect followed by a Wigan win......

It's really hard to call isn't it?
Ordinarily you'd say a draw, so only two points are awarded rather than three but we might have gone past that point now.
What we absolutely don't want, is Luton winning.

Charlton may turn out to be our main worry, very disappointing that we conceded so many last night
Maybe all games should be played without any results revealed until the season is over!
It's going to be very tight

We want Luton and Barnsley as far away from us as possible. I'm not bothered about how far up the table we finish, just not finishing in the bottom three trumps everything. We surely want Hull, Barnsley and Luton to lose all their remaining matches.

We could be the first team in history to be relegated as the result of a world wide Pandemic.
Had this bloody virus nota happened we were on a roll.
Put that in your Stats Borris and Cousins. 🥺 👎

Yeah Luton winning would be worse for us
On the basis I'm banking on it being 3 from Luton, Barnsley, Hull and Chalton (think Boro and Hudds will stay up.) Therefore on 2nd thoughts maybe a Hudds win is better

Yes we do. But perversely that doesn’t necessarily mean we want Luton to lose today! My reasoning being it is very unlikely that even if Luton lose today that they will lose all their remaining games. They could still pick up enough points to overtake us. Also Luton could draw every one of their remaining games and they’d still be guaranteed to finish below us. So for me a draw is the best result today.

Huddersfield win for me.
Their run in, West Brom aside, is pretty mundane. They will pick up more points than us anyway.
The win keeps Luton away from us.

So long as 3 teams stay down there we'll escape.

Pretty sure it's not dubbed sound, but there seems to be a "crowd" noise at Tarmac park. Are there some fans just outside or summat?

Well I'm just thinking that if they all lose all their games, but Luton win just that one, we'll be safe. Obviously that's almost certainy not what will happen though.

Paul Hart looking very inspirational during the drinks break.
Still, a relief to know the Dream Team are back together in Bedfordshire.

No knowing our luck Hull will win by 5. Again, we need to win some games, so we don't have to worry about such things.

Nothing like a rousing Paul Hart speech "Let's play some good football boys. Let's try and win the game, known as football. Come on lads, erm, let's score a goal maybe." One of the most boring fuckers I've seen on the touchline.
