Be forced to play some youth, some kids who actually want to be here. Watching the firesale over the summer will be hysterical. Some new grounds ive not been too... That's what we thought, to be fair. Until we went to quarter-full grounds on freezing wintry nights when they'd 'run out' of refreshments by 7.30pm, the home fans consisted of young lads in their Liverpool and Man City and Barca-badged coats, the corregated iron roof of the away stand sounded like a gunfight when the rain came, the game consisted of about fifteen minutes play on the pitch and thirty minutes of aimless hoofs into touch, the half-time entertainment is porky blokes who look like they're on day release from local nick forking the muddy bits on the pitch and you lose 1-0 to a goal so laughable, you'd berate your kids on the beach for conceding it. It's cheaper than the Championship in every single way, especially quality. On the plus side, we found a nice pub near Wycombe, and Lincoln was a good laugh on a cold Tuesday, even though they did beat us 5-3. Other highlights: MK Dons 25,000 seater when their home attendance was just over 5000 and they all sat up the back 'cos of the rain so it looked emptier than the current Covid grounds, looking straight into some old girl's front room as we climbed the away steps at Gillingham (and her waving as a carer changed her colostomy bag) and the curious incident of the stray dog at Accrington, that my mate gave the rest of his burger to and the dog ate it and was promptly sick in the road. He was a nervous fan that day.....

Michael O'Neill is still a definite positive for me if he stays. This.

Surely to God they’ve got to have a proper and thorough into how the club is run? Can't really see how the owners can stay on if we get relegated. Didn't they leave last time they guided us to tier 3. It is a shame they have not been able to get the right people in to run the club as they are, otherwise, fantastic owners. That said their managerial choices are utterly bizarre and seem to lack any footballing logic/common sense - and their xenophobia has also cost us. How do the owners not stay on ? Sure Wigan a huge wake up call on that front

Sure Wigan a huge wake up call on that front They put the club up for sale. To be honest, the way football is going and the characterless snowflakes that play the game - I don't think I would cry too much if we folded - put me/us out of our misery, There is only ever going to be 3 or 4 clubs that win everything for the unseeable future. It is a game ran by cheats, owned by cheats, played by cheats and where only the rich survive and prosper. Players are appalling role models who none of us can relate to - Hit the reset button I say

The past 2 weeks have shown otherwise Makes perfect sense to judge a mans managerial career with all it's positives over a two week period. Especially coming off the back of him self isolating with Covid-19 before the resumption of the season. Let's just get another manager in and keep the current cycle going, Rafa Benitez might be tempted to come back from China, he's links with the club apparently......

Deadwood gone
Campbell, Oakley-Booth, Sorensen and Verlinden could have a season together in the starting lineup

It makes full sense, you think the last 3 team selections have been correct then?

Michael O'Neill is still a definite positive for me if he stays. I think that depends on how he handles the rest of this season for me.

We will not have to watch stoke lose as the league will not start without fans. We might go 12 months without losing!!! Players will continue to get paid for doing nothing, So nothing new their then!

The only positive would be if we had a complete clear of these utter wasters and get a team to give us pride to watch.

"We might actually finish with positive GD" "we might win a few more games" ye I think we were saying these things when we dropped out of the prem. To be fair I can't see how we could be one of the lesser teams in league 1, but then I couldn't see how it was possible for us to be so shit in the championship given the clout of our owners, so I'm not sure I could be surprised if we end up a division below vale after the next has finished.
