It's not a case of them needing us to be there, more a case of us needing to be there to keep the bone idle, gutless, waste of spaces at least half professional. What sort of men are they if they perform like that because they know they won't be accountable to the fans? Not the sort I'd want in red and white stripes that's for sure.
12th man ?. Boro did not need a 12th man. It us down to ghe 11 men on the pitch to win games. This subject has been raised a 1000 times well before our fall from grace. The players that have been signed are not good enough. The hole recruitment system needs a massive overhaul. The buck stops at Mr Tony Scholes' feet. I believe that he is the man that hires and fires. He needs firing before any more damage is done.
theyve spent the last couple of seasons blaming the pressure of expectation, the only thing they are missing us for is somebody to shush when they managed to play a team worse than them and somehow fluke a win
The Britannia is a raw and exciting footballing experience, unwelcoming temperatures and hostile home fans, with the action all played out in a noisy, bearpit atmosphere that is a real throwback. And yes, it is absolutely fantastic
