Today's performance has been nothing short of a disgrace. The entire 11 have been absolutely woeful.
Two games in a row now since the restart and we have been awful. I've gone from confident to wondering where the next victory is going to come from.
Everything about us looks fucking rank rotten. Half of them lot look like they've given up entirely. There is only one way we're heading at this rate.
Add to that Wigan have won 2-0. It's not looking good at all. I'm struggling now to see how we stay up. Lose vs Wigan next week and that cements season over for me. I feel like we've already hit that point sadly.
Absolutely wank match.

The only thing that could potentially keep us up is the sheer volume of games teams have against each other. One side will always drop points. Counts for nothing of course if we don’t turn up but it will probably keep everyone in it until the bitter end.

I made this point a while ago, the team that is bottom at Christmas has got relegated in 9 of the last 10 seasons. This lot, well some of them just don't care.

We are because how the hell do we put any kind of competent team on the pitch.
We have absolutely nothing in any position on the pitch.

Brentford and Forest games may be well timed for us in that both could well be in the play-offs but with no chance of automatic promotion and therefore resting players, etc. Yes, I am clutching desperately at straws.

If he persists with Chester & Baath then we really will be in trouble. The midfield lacks any leader, those abusing Allen, hang your heads in shame. I actually thought Ince last 20 mins was decent.

I idiotically thought we'd be fine and had almost discounted the prospect of the trap door as we spent lockdown bathing in the glow of the 5-1 hammering of Hull.
Oh well, back to looking at run-ins and anxiously stocking up on brown pants it is because we're obviously right back in the absolute thick of it now.

We'll get a win somewhere but I don't fancy us to beat the drop now. The team selections aren't helping - especially when players aren't starting in their natural positions. I've accepted the drop happening and there we are; Blackpool away for a heavy weekend incoming ...

We are nailed on for rock bottom. We have a manager who's head has exploded and a group of players that aren't interested unless they have 20k fans up their arseholes.
Wigan 0 - 2 Stoke

I just have nothing but contempt for them. They couldn't give a tupenny fuck. The fact they're all shit as well is just unforgivable.

Can only agree with the thrust of Rob's tweetstorm, so it must unfortunately be a BIG FAT ZERO for MON. Plot well and truly lost. Trying to be too clever by half, and that normally ends badly.
He seems to have completely lost the plot during lockdown.
It's like we're currently being managed by his evil twin brother, Humphrey O'Neill

I’m not panicking just yet as I still believe that 3 wins will be enough.
I’m a lot more concerned than I was 8 days ago though. God knows what’s happened to the manager over the break but he’s gone from keeping things very simple to a Nathan Jones level of fuckaboutery.
We’ve got to win Tuesday now, just to settle things down.

Well, not many players out there today who did a decent job, but I'll say Ince, Batth and Smith were decent though. Ince was our only creator and was involved in most of our good attacking play. Chester again cost us goals and I really can't see what MON sees in him! I really hope it was the last time I saw him in our colours! We have no left back playing as Indi looks shite and McClean even worse when being ordered to play there! Our central midfield never seemed to get into the game either, and that is also a worry. Campbell looks a bit lost all alone on top as well. I've said it for some time now that we should play 4 4 2 with the players we have available! We also need to be more direct! All the balls sideways and backwards are a blessing to every opponent! Team against Wigan:
................Butland.............. Smith....Shawcross...Batth.....Tymon (We must try something new here, and at least he is young, can run and can learn!) ...........Cousins..Clucas.......... Ince..........................McClean ............Vokes...Campbell.........
Subs: Davies, Collins, Edwards, Indi, Lindsay, Thompson, Sørensen, Oakley-Booth, Gregory.

MON has only signed two of those players that played today, I hope his next signings are much better, these two are shit and offer nothing.
Hope Chester isn’t offered another deal.
Thompson should have been taken off instead of Sorensen, Campbell pushed in the left and Vokes up top,
Our club doesn’t deserve to go down, However, those players do!

The problem is two of the players you've mentioned there, Chester and Thompson, were signed by O'Neill. Which doesn't bode well for what he'll be able to bring in once he gets a full 'summer' transfer window.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that we will NOT survive. That performance was dire, no game plan, no ideas, no drive, no fight, no confidence, no leadership just - well- fuck all. There were no positives. Game over boys.
