Hopefully dad, Paul, will be busy over the next few months telling anyone and everyone that will listen what a brilliant player son Tom is and we'll get an out of the blue offer to off load. Complete waste of a shirt today (yet again).

Ince's second touch is hitting the ground, never stays on his feet and rides a tackle/soft touch

Complete waste of a shirt today (yet again). So, the loan to a Turkish side then? For which we get two sherbert dabs and a pick of anything off the bottom two rows (we usually take the pencil with the rubber on the end and Daniel Levy knows this I swear)

I’ve been watching Stoke City since the mid 1950s, and admit to being a fully paid up member of the ‘ long in the tooth brigade’, during that time I’ve NEVER berated one of our own players (although I’ve been pretty close to it on a few occasions !!)
I’m lucky, I’ve seen some wonderful right wingers at Stoke City, Our Stan for instance, he could torment full backs and lay goals on for fun even though he was in his late 40s when he returned. TC was another, there was nothing of him, in fact he reminded me of a Swan Vesta match.... thin, white with a red top of hair, yet I never once saw him shirking or taking the easy way out during a game. Then there was Neville ‘Tim’ Coleman’ I actually witnessed him score 7 ( yes, seven goals in one game ! ) and I’m ashamed to say the only thing I remember from that particular match was the snow on the pitch !
Sadly this brings me to Mr Tom Ince, a privileged (& on the very odd occasion) talented young man who ‘plies his trade’ with our beloved Stoke City. I would like to think that when he pulls the famous red & white jersey over his neatly manicured hair does it occur to him that he is very fortunate to be paid such a handsome salary, for frankly, not a great lot in return. I often wonder that on the final whistle does he return to look at himself in the dressing room mirror? Once he’s checked his hair, does he say to himself ...’I’m knackered, I’ve given my all today’ .............I very much doubt it !!! I don’t know or care on the minute he was subbed today, however what I do know is that I swear he didn’t have a bead of sweat on his brow...........talk about the Prince Andrew syndrome! Come on Tom, you can do a lot lot better than that, please don’t make me change a habit of a lifetime.

If I played with him, was doing a share of the running he won’t do, tackling he won’t do, hiding behind defenders when wanting to pass the ball and then running into space for him for passes that aren’t be coming I’d be fuming...
I’m surprised the squad haven’t done some private pile style beating.
How the fuck have half the championship manage buy him....typical that we are the ones really proving his poor ness so he can leave for sod all.
only shame is he not a bit older then he’s a proper stoke transfer!
Edit he’s 28, can’t be arsed find out when contract up, probably retire or go Sunderland after us. He’s going to manage to retire wedged to the hilt before the fucker even started playing football. 🙈
No one says you need be even as close to as good as your dad Tom. Just giving a slight fuck/bit of spine would do

Ince was wank.
But he was no worse than Clucas, Thompson, Powell, BMI or Campbell.
Playing Collins at right back didn't help

Says it all that we scored after we subbed him, from the best cross (ok corner) that came in from the right wing all afternoon.

Bet his old man is ashamed🤣 Joking aside I think he has a mentality issue, perhaps some underlying problem, some private demons🤷🏻♂️. Maybe he’s fallen out of love with the game and isn’t bothered anymore. Zero confidence equals shite performances. I doubt it. I was involved with a Midland Alliance side some years back and listened to many Dads talking like their son was better than Pele. That’s what proud Dads do, I guess.

Playing Ince hurts us twice. He offers nothing and keeps a better player off the pitch. I don’t think it matter much who replaces him. We were much better when he was replaced. What MON sees in him is beyond me.

Annoys the hell out of me and yet some think he’s good. Opinions eh? He's very good at not making an effort, he's very good at avoiding tackles, his own, tackling opponents, he's very good at missing chances, he's perfect at alibi-ing. How could anyone possibly not think someone like that is all good?

I'm constantly amazed at the amount of positivity he gets. Some people just cannot see through him.
I'd create a list of our "Top 10 Most Useless Players Of Recent Times" if I could be arsed, and he'd be right up there.
Atrocious footballer, piss weak, less than zero impact in the majority of games he plays in. He's shit.
My heart sinks a little every time he gets named on the team sheet.
I dread to think of the impact on the environment, of all the smoke that must be getting constantly blown up his arse.
Fuck him off.

For me, the question is, just how does he manage to get himself a place in the first 11....?
I remember playing football, never really much good, gave 100% though and spent most of the time on the bench, maybe rightly so, generally, if you're not good enough, you don't really make the starting 11, fact that we all know......so it makes you wonder, JUST HOW IS HE GETTING PICKED ??
If a top man like MON can select this charlatan masquerading as a wheelie bin, then is their still hope for me??

Come on Tom, you can do a lot lot better than that, please don’t make me change a habit of a lifetime. Thanks for that observation, a desperately sad one from a long time true supporter. I've posted this comment before: Last season I attended the match at Hull. We were second best team and went down due to an Indi error if I remember rightly. After the hour Bojan was taken off, despite the fact he was clearly our best player and offered the only threat to the opposition. Ince replaced him and we immediately went 2 goals down. I watched Ince intently. He clearly didn't give a damn. It was almost as though he was upset at being disturbed from an afternoon sitting on the bench. He clearly felt the game was lost, so why bother. Just to add insult to injury, Afobe was brought on and he was just the same. He also played like he resented being expected to try and save the game. I drove home in absolute disgust at those two guys. Clearly in Ince's case he has everything in life offered on a plate and it has totally destroyed any commitment.

He's a fucking coward. Can anyone remember him winning a challenge against anyone, or pressing the ball and actually winning it?
Then he's always hiding when his team mates are looking for a pass.
Michael, playing Tom Ince will get you sacked, talk to Gary Rowett and Nathan Jones

I doubt he can and we haven't seen anything remotely close to that save for a 5 or 6 game spell under Rowett. I would be delighted if he went on to prove everyone wrong though.
