Load of rubbish. I'm the lead client, the tickets were paid for on my credit card. Statements like the one above just add more confusion to this (yet another) SCFC web site debacle. I can't see how this crappy web site can deal with all the season ticket holders by the deadline set at the middle of next week. Totally disillusioned !!!

Hi Ange. Can you ask how confident the club are that the streams will work for everyone as it will obviously be an unprecedented volume. Thanks.

I have finally got it sorted. I have 3 season tickets. Mine, wife and grandson. Could not use my account, so on the off chance I used the wives and hay presto it worked.

The refund options have magically now appeared?!
I'm torn between full refund or streaming option. I want to watch the games but have little confidence in the ability to stream to the masses.
Can anybody give feedback on what the quality is normally like? Much lag or dropping out etc?

Try this guys, it worked for me but not for ryd1967 1. Log in at stokecityfc.com 2. Click on manage account 3. Fill in all your details under the profile tab 4. Click on the Membership and Loyality tab and make sure there is nothing typed in the client reference number box 5. Click on the blue TeamCard page link just above the client reference number box, a new page will open up. 6. Type in your client ref no in this new box. 7. Click on buy tickets on the main page and go to the season card refund link. If anyone tries this please say on here if it worked for you. I was getting the not online message at first but it worked after doing this, i don't know if I just got lucky. Brilliant Very easy to follow these instructions You do need to have a Stoke City + account

Whilst it is frustrating 1000 people were refunded yesterday. Thanks for everything you're doing Ange, it's very much appreciated. But surely if only a thousand people were successful yesterday, then the question needs to be asked ... how many people WEREN'T successful yesterday? How many season ticket holders are there out there? 18,000 ish and they've created a deadline of the middle of next week, at the current success rate, the figures just aren't going to work, are they? It seems bizarre that with such high demand and such little time available, that they didn't have the ticket office manned, yesterday afternoon and all day today and tomorrow. You would think it's going to be chaos on the phones on Monday morning.

OK I am now in possession of my tin hat! The club are confident that the streaming service will cope ab61. I suggest that if anyone has doubts about that response, they can get a full refund and access the streams via other means. Another point, most of the problems with accessing the site seem to be because the name used is not the name on the ticket. I suggest IF you need to change any information that you log out and then log back in. A heads up , ticket office manager Josh is answering questions on social media (Twitter) as and when he sees them.
Again, the volume of people accessing the site means it may be a little longer than normal to process.

Pleasure Paul. The club say it was 1k in 8 hours. I have spoke to them again this morning and they remain confident that the system will meet the demand. Any updates that I get, I will post on here and social media.

Aborted as didn’t find it intuitive yesterday. Succeeded with a second bash this morning, although the messaging doesn’t flow very well. Cash value of £0.00 doesn’t make sense, though the confirmation e-mail provides clarity.

So my family purchased our season tickets in a group under one main account. 2 of us live in different households anyone know how this works when selecting the stream option? Do you only get one stream no matter how many season tickets you have ?

After about 30 attempts I realised I couldn’t update my details cuz I put my full name in and my season ticket is shortened name. Also it needed a plus sign before my mobile number. Heyho the save details button came alive from its greyed status. Think I’ve triggered my option but not sure.

It finally worked for me last night, decided the best route is to do F all and just leave the credit on account because
A) I’m not paying £50 for a streaming service I have little faith in (I’ll find a cheaper route), and B) selecting options seems to also be a challenge for some and doing nothing will irritate me the least.
They really do need to sort this out, I usually roll my eyes when I see people having a pop at the club over almost anything but in this case, I think it’s justified.

I assume the streams will be available through each of the other 9 clubs that we will be playing, but I certainly don’t want to go through 9 different sign up processes, and I suspect that each of the streams on the day will come through the same platform as Stoke are using therefore we will be equally in the lap of the gods on match day. Apart from the Leeds game via Sky, are there any other ‘official’ streams available?

To overcome the sheer volume problem, why haven't they asked for, say, surnames A to F. Satisfy those people then go to the next batch, G to L, & so on?

It's so frustrating. It's a brilliant offer in principle, with four very different and diverse options to choose.
Yet again though, it's been sadly let down by an appalling IT infastructure that has been woefully inadequate for years and the overall management and communication of the situation for a club and support of our size.
Thanks to how they've set it up, I've now got to refund a family member out of my own pocket because I chose the stream+charity option, thinking I could log back on for them and sort them their refund out. That family member is desperate for the money.
What is really annoying is that on my account, it states that I can deal with any family or friend that is linked to my account, provided there is a star by their name. All my family and friends are listed without a star by their name, ergo, I'm not authorised to deal with ticket issues on their behalf.
Is what I've done technically a breach of GDPR?

Wtf? Who is my lead client then?! What an absolute farce. Exactly! I’ve paid for 3 season tickets, me and two kids, using a credit card in my name. Is this some sort of Mensa puzzle I’m being tasked with. All the best IT systems are user friendly and simple, our Clubs fails on both counts. They do many things very very well but this is piss poor

I’ve done mine so I’ve got the streaming but sorted, but I can’t access the friends and family bit, so the kids tickets for example how do I donate that to the SCFC community trust? Didn’t they group it together for you? I have two tickets, same household and I’m the lead purchaser. My refund amount was for 4/21 * 2 (subtract the £50 for the streaming). Did that not happen with yours?
