He’s meant to be really good but this is his first start I think. I'll keep an eye out for him then 👍 Reyna got injured in the warm up apparently.

Couldn't give a shite about bundesliga, or football behind closed door anywhere, I want to get to my seat and sing, that's when I'll care again. I agree. It’s pointless until then. Sadly August 2022 is my prediction for that happening.

Decided I would give it a whirl and am "watching" Leipzig v Freiburg whilst listening to the radio and being on here. Have just realised that I haven't looked at the TV for about 10 minutes. I half watched the game to the end. As the game wore on and Leipzig missed a few clear cut chances, Freiburg began to look more and more dangerous on the counter attack. Inevitably 2 or 3 minutes into injury time Freiburg attacked down the right, a cross was swung over to the far post, the ball was headed back into the middle and a player coming through the middle knocked it in. Cue lots of elbow bumping from Freiburg, disillusioned looking Leipzig players, a couple of replays and the players heading back to the centre circle. Game over. 2-1 to Freiburg. For some reason I was distracted from the TV for a couple of minutes and when I next looked at the scree it was showing the match was over and the adverts were on, so I switched over to something else. I was having a quick look at the sports news this morning and was therefore very confused to see the final result shown as 1-1. I hate VAR!!

Great ground Great fans Play young players Play attacking football Oh shit! Football's back and bayern's talking about, young boys, jumpers for goalposts, isn't it, wasn't it, marvellous! 😊 Not wishing to be too critical, but on a thread like this shouldn't Bayern be playing behind closed doors, or the Oatcake equivalent of it?

For the first half an hour you could tell both teams were scared too. But that went. I

Professional football without crowds is just a bit shit isn’t it? Does it prove ticket prices are extortionate, especially over here, as football can carry on without fans, gate money is just a cherry on top! Malcolm Clarke can you start a new campaign 'If you want us back again, we won't pay more than ten!'

Think these matches this weekend will go a long way to seeing the Premier League restarting soon and very possibly the Championship too. Mixed feelings about it without crowds, but if I’m honest if Stoke games are shown I will definitely be watching them and probably plenty of other games too.

I was watching some of the Belarus Premier League games online until they all got taken down (for betting purposes mainly), and genuinely whilst the standard was nowhere near as good the fact that there was 1,000 fans in the stadium (one of which was a crazy accordion player) made it so much more watchable......

Let's face it football not being watched by fans is a load of shit. Compare that with the drama covered yesterday by the BBC when 3/4 teams could have been relegated in 2005. Tears, anguish and joy all in a small capsule. Let's hope this virus buggers off sharpish and we can get back to normality.

Professional football without crowds is just a bit shit isn’t it? I think it should be renamed because it quite clearly isn't football. Not as I ever have known it. Football is interactive, it requires an audience, a group of supporters for it to come alive. I'm not criticising anyone for watching it, but for me it's quite depressing. I think I prefer Football Manager.
