Same as if I paid for a holiday, I'd expect the money back for something i haven't got.

But you don't claim to support Centre Parks you do claim to support Stoke City Don't really see the relevance of whether it's a football club that owes me money or any other industry. If you've not got something you've paid for, you should be entitled to your money back.

Not to worried about my season tickets and I’ve already paid in full for next years but I’m getting a little pissed off with the refund situation on the 3 tickets I had for Reading away.
Contacted the ticket office to be told the tickets would be good for the rescheduled fixture or a refund could be claimed at that point.
Contacted them twice since to say I definitely wouldn’t be going to the rescheduled fixture but still no response or refund

I’ll give any return to Donna Louise and happy for a few to club together so that’s an option . Recognising many can’t afford to it’s not criticism either way but a reflection of changing priorities if it’s affordable

Because people are entitled to it. Same as if I paid for a holiday, I'd expect the money back for something i haven't got. But you don't claim to support Centre Parks you do claim to support Stoke City I think there is a difference between Season Tickets and the money paid for Away Games. I’m in the Season Ticket only camp, and any refund due can go to the non-playing staff or Charitable causes, I don’t mind. For those who have paid for away games, I do think they are entitled to claim the money back, and do with the funds as they see fit.

.. and what about ST holders that are now out of work and struggling? The choice of how to use the refund should remain with the individual.

Hope it’s not booked through TUI mate. May I ask why, any problems with refunds? He's probably going off the usual over the top press headines. TUI are trying to get people to accept credit vouchers rather than actual refunds. If you're persistent you'll get your money back, they're just seeing what money can be saved with people taking the easy voucher option first.

I should have been going Spain on Monday, and I'll be booking back up to go as soon as I know it's safe to do so. Can imagine the cash flow of lost travel companies are at breaking point at the min.

I’m lucky enough to have kept my job I’ll quite happily let Stoke keep that money and pay for the staff they have kept on or contribute it to local charities/NHS But if you’re not in the position to be do that or would like it to be refunded then it should be your choice

They can have mine to pay for the staff who need it Coates family have donated £10m to the nhs and kept season tickets at low prices for 12 years But hardly any of the money we pay for our tickets goes to the ‘staff who need it’. Almost all of it goes to the ridiculously overpaid footballers.

If TUI have to refund everybody then we'll possibly see another Thomas Cook on our hands. Do people really want to see that? It could potentially end up with no refunds and no holidays. I appreciate some maybe need the money back but imagine their losses as they will be one of the bigger hit industries.

Hardly a charity is it? The staff are sill getting paid which is credit to them. the money doesn't go into the 'coffers' of BET365

I don't want a refund either. I'd be happy for them to keep the money for the backroom staff or if they wanted to donate to a charity, I'd be happy to vote for options on who to donate it to.
