Didn’t Aldi gin win the best gin on the planet award? I’m drinking for two currently because the wife is pregnant. That's the spirit

Aber Falls Orange Marmalade Gin is the best gin I've ever tasted its brilliant, I visited the distillery the last time I was in Conwy well worth a visit. It's on Amazon if your stock is running low. I did notice it yesterday and thought that's sounds interesting - then remembered I didn't like Gin or Marmalade that much. However this is what lockdown is doing to me on the booze front, must try something new... Aber Falls Orange Marmalade Gin, 70cl www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B077Q3D3LK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_8ihLEbCRXW3EV

I’ve been furloughed for two weeks now and everyday bar one I’ve had a few tins, sat on my decking enjoying the glorious weather, tomorrow I’m moving back to stoke as the good lady is moving Into an nhs facility where she’ll have direct contact with cv19 patients, she ain’t comfy coming home etc to family and so on, so I anticipate that for the next week at least until I’m back in work my drinking will not improve, hope the suns out, gutted can’t go for a pint in a few old haunts

I first had it at the liverpool arms in Conwy and it was stunning so I found the distillery and it was only 20mins down the 55.I must admit I do like a party and have quite a few like minded friends and family 😁 roll on Carona VE day 🍾 They do a nice Whisky too...although I cant stand it 🤮 www.aberfallsdistillery.com/en/

Anyone had these that my mates currently drinking he's got a right selection at home He's also drinking Westmalle Trappist Unfortunately due to me pissing every five minutes after beer I cant drink copious amounts that's why I've changed to spirits and liquors with the odd wine spritz thrown in for good measure especially in the warm weather.

I've had to start drinking spirits. The empty beer bottles are taking up too much space in the recycling bin.

Treated myself to four days off the ale on the spin. Making up for it today as the weathers going slightly downhill this weekend.
I’ll also be smoking weed in my man cave.
Come at me.

I recently had a bottle Isle of Harris gin bought for me as birthday present.
A few days later I got a message saying “Don’t throw the empty bottle away. They are selling on e bay for £15.00” !
It may be nostalgia but I have fond memories of Plymouth Gin.

If you use the Metal Hammer Link you get 8 free beers, just £4.95 P&P. I ordered yesterday, can cancel when they're delivered so you haven't got pay the ongoing subscription. Don't know what they'll be like but soon find out!

If you haven't already I would try the Duvel, it's a real quality beer although at 8.5% it's not really one for an all day session 👍👌

Been wanting to try Steve Austin's Broken Skull IPA.
It's an El Segundo drink and aside from being endorsed and co-created with Stone Cold, is meant to actually be a very nice beer. Can't find anyway to import it yet, it sells out stupidly quick.

Got my Beer52 delivery today, surprisingly quick. Though rushed through the process and realised I chose light beers only rather than the mixed selection they do. I shall report back if they're any good.
