The biggest annoyance about this is not their poor hating Tory policies, I expected that the minute Starmer won and appointed that Shadow Cabinet, it's their deceit that their continual undermining of Corbyn had no effect in the election result and their utter delusion that their own fuckwitted Brexit policy wasn't the biggest reason for a lying borderline criminal and his band of corrupt tosspots winning a landslide. Goooo aarrrn sheiky lad get it out of your system......youll do yourself a mischief if you dont !

Correct. Weird, isn't it, that even with the biggest shitshow in Europe over Covid, sleaze and profiteering, the Cummings debacle, the fallout from Brexit and requiring a footballer to tell them to feed hungry kids, 40% of the electorate still think this is the best option! And yet some would have us believe that we apparently live in some kind of lefty, "libtard" alternate universe that is responsible for the mess the country's in! Like I said, I think these people are so dug into their way of thinking that, despite the right being in power for 70% of the last four decades, somehow imaginary non-right governments are actually to blame for the countries ills! England is a very right wing country and it looks like that's not going to change any time soon. Still, must be the opposition's fault. Probably picked on the wrong ethnic group to really appeal nationally! Why do you post the same comments over and over again, as though you're copying some sort of template? Your posts remind me of a Scooby Doo cartoon where they run past the same objects over and over again. Grandfather clock, vase, painting, England is a right wing country...Grandfather clock, vase, painting, England is a right wing country...you get the gist 😄

(Funny how often you manage to read them and comment!) You could say the same about lots of posters, but obviously chose not to! Since BJR liked your post it seems legitimate to mention, by way of example, that rarely does one of his posts on politics fail to mention that Brexit or some other government cock-up is really the fault of "the Left" for some reason or other! Or fail to agree with Mr Coke! England is a right-wing country, seems fairly obvious, undeniable electorally and pertinent to an explanation of why 40% of people continue to think that the Tories are the best option in the face of their Brexit mess, their ongoing policy U-turns and incompetence, the worst Covid death toll in Europe and the general mess the country's in. Happy to hear your explanation!

Yeah, course you do!
What was it you said? You just randomly scroll through and click on a few posts here and there?
Amazing how unlucky you are to land on so many of mine, especially when you've blocked me!
I'll believe you, millions wouldn't, lol!

Another thing you keep repeating yourself over. As previously stated, when someone's requoted you, your quoted posts show up. It really isn't difficult! And it's not like I need to employ a codebreaker to read a blocked post on The Oatcake 😄 Anyway, if you want to carry this on, follow your own advice and drop me a PM.

Good god indeed If starmer thinks he can beat the Tory’s on patriotism than he’s a complete fool To much flag waving and he risks losing votes in his metropolitan strongholds to the Lib Dem’s and greens Riding two different horses with the same arse doesn’t work anymore The liberals succeeded for years by telling voters in a Tory seat they were just a cuddly version of the Tory party Whilst simultaneously telling voters in a labour seat they were more understanding and caring than the Labour Party Now in the real world with a press of a button what you say in one seat can be relayed to every seat in seconds

That might have been your mistake. And obviously mention that it's still the EU's fault if things become more expensive in the coming months and years... And don't forget the free lightspeed broadband...

So I left the flags in a heap and went home. Just another day in Keir Stalin's party.......

This Union Jack tub-thumping is going to get very tedious, very quickly.
He is in a difficult position currently.
With all we have going on it is akin to a 'war time' opposition leader and along with the rest of us has to hope we ultimately win.
I'm not sure who dislikes him more, the headbangers on the right or the conned disciples on the left.
The acid test will be how he performs in the General Election, he will have plenty of ammunition to campaign with but thanks to the previous incumbent a monumental swing is needed to achieve power.
Coalition will be his only chance.

Coalition will be his only chance. I don't think the Union Jack will be a big thing to be honest. There'll be a few more flags and probably a bit more talk of patriotism and all that guff. By the time the next election rolls it will be irrelevant. I know polls are not completely reliable, but he had pretty much closed the gap - although the Tories are enjoying a bit of a boost at the moment (I suspect due to the success of the vaccine rollout). Long way to go to the next election though.
