Fingers crossed, we might see her on Strictly in a year or two 😉 Or Diane? Good Lord 🤐 No doubt if the critics are harsh, she'll be 'the most abused dancer on the show'.

Something to unite leave and remain, let us leave past arguments behind 😂 Fingers crossed, we might see her on Strictly in a year or two 😉 Couldn’t give a fuck what she appears in as long as isn’t the government

Can't see the latest fuck up about free school meals doing anything for the government's popularity...seems a bit of a massive own goal which would be made better by simply admitting to another U-turn. Yes, they'll get flak for that too, but it's not like people don't expect it from Bluffer's govt by now, and being seen to do the right thing, instead of kicking poor kids when they're down, as it's seen right now, will be beneficial for them all round. What's another few quid when you've spunked £12bn up the wall on a world-beating test and trace system which doesn't work? It's almost like they want to be seen as the Nasty Party again. Really odd political decision.

Really odd political decision. Jo Gideon was on Radio Stoke today in a real car crash of an interview, she was defending the government's decision (obviously), if she's on again tomorrow defending a U-turn it'll be incredibly amusing since she did exactly the same thing a few months back. She really should avoid radio interviews until she's more confident in her position.

She really should avoid radio interviews until she's more confident in her position. No idea what she was like, but from what Bluffer was saying it looks like a U-turn is unlikely. Strange one really. As the Telegraph said, it's a PR disaster which is also prompting substantial numbers of Tory MPs to revolt. Most people can easily see the contrast between feeding kids for a bit longer and blowing £12bn up the wall on something that doesn't even work...

" The driver of the car had stopped at the scene and exchanged details with the cyclist but had left before officers arrived, the force said in a statement." Interesting. Is there no obligation to stop at the scene of an accident if the fuzz are on their way? Genuine question - I don't know the answer.

In the event of a collision, the obligation is to stop, presumably to acknowledge the collision and check for casualties, exchange info if necessary. There is no obligation to report to the police, presumably if the collision is minor, details have been exchanged etc. Seems like both happened here.

It does say that he stopped until the ambulance and British Transport Police arrived. I would have thought they'd breathalyse a motorist in the circumstances.

BTP say they have no record, interestingly both the sun and the guardian have run stories hinting at something not quite being right, one to watch.

Meanwhile, back on topic, still waiting for the "something not quite right" to come to the fore... ...the reality couldn't be simply a slightly desperate attempt at mud-slinging in the hope that some might stick, could it?
