Am an existing adult season ticket holder along with my lad (junior). I wish to purchase an additional junior ticket so that I can also bring my daughter along. Am therefore prepared to lose my existing seats and buy 3 new seats in a row together.
However, when I try to buy 1 adult and 2 junior season tickets online, it doesn't let me. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I'm in block 8 of the top tier btw.

I would contact the ticket office direct mate. Although there used to be a seat swap period where you can renew current ones then swap them for a later date.

Have you created a profile/membership for your daughter and linked that to your account? It needs to allocate the seat to someone specific who isn’t in one already?

You might have to wait until the general sale if you want to change seats as you might be trying to buy seats of an existing season ticket holder who hasn't yet renewed ?

I'm sure swipers (above) is correct. However, once that is done I would contact the ticket office as they will be able to advise on the best way to do what you propose - and, more impartantly, they will be able to advise on the best time to do this. Normally there is a period, when all early bird tickets have been sold, when seat swaps can easily be done. But this is not a normal situation as there is apparently going to be a second early bird period. The thread linked below, started by Ange1 yesterday, may also contain some useful info. link

I might be wrong but I think the early bird is for existing season ticket holders only, you could buy the two and opt to not reserve your current seats and enquire about buying the extra one with the club.

You are wrong - I think. Anyone can buy a ticket at early bird price during the early bird period. However (in a normal season) it won't be clear how many existing ST holders are not renewing, until all the available seats are revealed at the time of the seat swap weeks.

You don't have to book your own seat. Other season card holders seats won't be available for you

Early bird is for everyone, you just can't buy a seat that was a season ticket seat last season because they may be renewing.
