The Football Supporters Association has produced 6 fun football-based educational activities for children who are footy fans. I’m not an educationalist but they look good and fun to me. I’m not sure when we will get them on the website but if you would like them, PM me your email addy and I’ll send them to you

I'm sure people know this already but Joe Wicks does a 30 minute PE lesson every weekday morning at 9am on his you tube channel The Body Coach. Free to subscribe and fun. I struggle to do the warm up without needing to sit down!

He also does a separate 10 minute version for 'seniors'. I've just done it. More manageable than the 30 minute one for some of us, although I do the other one as best I can each weekday at 9am. Helps give some structure to the day

Thanks Malcom - these look good.
It might be worth doing black and white versions with as little black as possible. We're having to think carefully about what we print out at home as it's rinsing the printer of ink.

Helps give some structure to the day Structure, whatever your age, will be key to getting through the next 10 weeks or so. My first week as a WFH employee was difficult, but the last week was much better with proper breaks, a lunch break, and a defined start and finish time. No better way to start the day than a bit of breakfast and exercise, IMO.

Why weren't you allowed these things in the first week? Just do what everyone else does when working from home - send a couple of emails in the morning, put a bit of tape over your webcam then sit around wanking and eating Quavers all day. (that is what everyone else does, isn't it?)

However, can I ask some advice? Are Doritos Roulette an acceptable substitute for Quavers?

Thanks to your feedback, our guys have now put it on the website in two formats - colour or black and white. Hope this helps thefsa.org.uk/news/resources-for-young-supporters/

Great idea I think the bit about "what is good about my football club, what could be better and how can I help" section could actually be the start of many a good fan survey for clubs around the country.
