Disappointing words from Klopp after. Slagging off another team's playing style after a defeat is utterly crap. I get that most good managers are bad losers, but he just makes himself look such a fool. They put three past you on your own patch, big horse. I like the man Toxic, think he's good for the League and the game in general over here, however,I think there are some parallels with Mourinho's first spell at Chelsea: breath of fresh air for a sustained period to begin with, gave as good as he got in the mind games with SAF et al etc. Before going on to become something of a paradigm of sourness and paranoia. At least he's sufficiently self-aware to acknowledge he's a "really, really bad loser."

I don't mind him at all but he does get a bit Wengery whenever a team has the temerity to not just roll over and let Liverpool win.

Do you think he'll be able to adapt Liverpool's play next season, they look great against teams who attack them (the Man City's of the world etc.) but pedestrian recently against teams that don't over commit and attack them on the break.Watford,Athletico for example. The winter break also appears to have really curtailed their momentum. Think he faced a similar challenge at Dortmund once teams had them worked out a way to counteract the Gengenpressing after a season or two? Maybe the end to end nature of Premier League games mill make it easier to adapt to any prospective challenge?

They'll have won pretty much all the major prizes going.

He'd burned out the players at Dortmund by the end of his tenure with their pressing game which had been sussed - he's doing the same with Liverpool now - next season will be a real test to see if they have anything left in the tank.
Personally I think the signs are there and they will fold

In such times we need such people to convey a sense of responsibility and this definitely fits into that category. Its articulate, focussed and setting a good example I think.
“I don’t think this is a moment where the thoughts of a football manager should be important, but I understand for our supporters they will want to hear from the team and I will front that,” he told Liverpool’s website.
“First and foremost, all of us have to do whatever we can to protect one another. In society I mean.
“This should be the case all the time in life, but in this moment I think it matters more than ever.
“I’ve said before that football always seems the most important of the least important things. Today, football and football matches really aren’t important at all.
“Of course, we don’t want to play in front of an empty stadium and we don’t want games or competitions suspended, but if doing so helps one individual stay healthy - just one - we do it no questions asked.
“If it’s a choice between football and the good of the wider society, it’s no contest. Really, it isn’t.
“Today’s decision and announcement is being implemented with the motive of keeping people safe. Because of that we support it completely. We have seen members of teams we compete against become ill.
“This virus has shown that being involved in football offers no immunity. To our rival clubs and individuals who are affected and to those who later will become so, you are in our thoughts and prayers.”
“None of us know in this moment what the final outcome will be, but as a team we have to have belief that the authorities make decisions based on sound judgement and morality,” he added.
“Yes, I am the manager of this team and club and therefore carry a leadership responsibility with regards to our future on the pitch.
“But I think in the present moment, with so many people around our city, the region, the country and the world facing anxiety and uncertainty, it would be entirely wrong to speak about anything other than advising people to follow expert advice and look after themselves and each other.
“The message from the team to our supporters is only about your well-being. Put your health first. Don’t take any risk. Think about the vulnerable in our society and act where possible with compassion for them.
“Please look after yourselves and look out for each other. You’ll Never Walk Alone, Jurgen.”

They'll award Liverpool the title I assume, but what would have been a legendary record breaking season is now going to just be the 'corona virus season'. It's obviously fucked at the moment but we should enjoy the small things.
