I work away end turnstiles was exactly 513.To be fair they were a sound bunch but none of them fancied their chances of getting a result having watched them can now understand why they were awful. I bought a ticket at the main office about 14:15 for my son and there was a young couple (20/21) at the counter next to me trying to buy tickets for the away end. There's no cash turnstile on the day or facilities to buy them from the ticket office, what's all that about? I get if it's a high profile game but Hull City? I bought them a couple of tickets for the corner of the Stoke End and they gave me the cash, they'd travelled down from Burnley where they live not even thinking they wouldn't be able to get in (naive). After that performance I bet they wish they'd just got in the car and fucked off home and saved themselves £56.....

Credit to their fans, they applauded Clucas and Chesters, unlike the usual moronic booing of explayers.

Long old day for them. Good luck to them. They deserve better.

Agree, fair play to those amongst the small following they brought today, with a good continuous selection of songs & witty humour for good measure amongst the doom & gloom they are currently experiencing.
But it's a total contrast to 12 years ago when I remember we were kind of neck & neck with each other for a few consecutive years in the Champo & then the Premier League. Remember on one of these occasions they brought a healthy away following to the Britannia & there was alot of aggro with their fans in the coach park & Stoke fans winding them up over the perimeter fencing. Dont think it was to far off being an all out scrap as there a few running battles & skirmishes but the fans were kept apart in the main & things just fizzled out. Who'd have thought it was like that back in the day after what we witnessed from them today!

For the match at their place, me and my lad left it till the last minute and drove up there. We were able to purchase tickets for for away fans from a bar in what would be the equivalent of Delilahs. Super quick, no problem, they were happy and so were we.
