Sorry everyone.. just a query.
Now my kids are showing a passion for football and Stoke I’m trying to strike while the iron is hot and get season tickets for myself and the kids... I have to sacrifice a few thinks to afford it but it doesn’t say anything about paying monthly online? Do Stoke not do this anymore as I really can’t afford to pay out in a lump sum atm.
Plus when I tried to reserve seats it kept saying too many tickets under my account... all I want to do is buy tickets for me and my three kids..
Any advice would be so helpful.

Have they shown an interest in any other team? Would the best advice be to let them explore that?

Have they shown an interest in any other team? Would the best advice be to let them explore that? The youngest has been turned to Liverpool especially with school peer pressure and Stoke doing so badly. Stoke is presently his second team but he’s was so happy when we went above Boro... he was picked on by quite a few classmates so can go back prouder. The other two have stuck with Dad as adamant Stoke fans. And I asked them all and they were really excited about the prospect of watching Stoke.

Yes they do still do the monthly payments, I’m doing it that way and there is only a mark up of £17

Yes, I renewed mine this morning via the monthly payment scheme.
Straightforward procedure to do so- when you go to checkout via the Stoke City site, you get the option of full payment or monthly.

I’ve just renewed. Did it over the phone as basically it was impossible to do online - once I’d registered my details online which you have to do again even if you already have an account, I was expecting it to link to the seat I already have to let me automatically renew it. But nope, not only doesn’t it link to my seat, it wouldn’t even let me find my way to it as blocks 2 - 9 weren’t available to purchase from at all.
Anyway, on a more positive note, I rang the ticket office, was only on hold for 20 seconds and there was no mither at all renewing. I’m not the only one having online difficulties apparently.
Not sure why this even surprises me anymore.

Just a fore-warning if you live in an apartment or flat and you're paying monthly. They are very very specific with the documents you submit as proof of address and it can be a real ballache if your statements don't have the full details of where you live that matches up with your postcode etc.
For instance, they wouldn't accept the number and block (e.g 123A) I lived at as my postcode address has it Flat 123, Block A. Fortunately if you have something like Monzo you can just edit the address to match and send off a statement.

And just for the record, I was told that we'll be getting new cards which they'll send out in June or July.

Thanks guys!!
Ordered 4 tickets for me and my three kids as a surprise ☺️ Over 12 months only cost me an extra £27 for all 4 tickets.... far far cheaper than when I had them a few years ago!
And shock horror, no need to bring birth certificates etc to prove age of kids!!
So happy and thank you everyone for your advice.
P.S. point to note. Remember to add you family’s details onto your account so you can designate their names against each ticket. That’s where I kept getting stuck.

No renewal for me even if we stay up - after 25 years of 3 x STs which only dropped to 2 last season I’ve had enough. Will still go, but only when I fancy it and / or if there’s a cheap deal to be had......
These last 3 seasons have squeezed the life out of it for me - I can take getting beat now and again but cannot continue to subsidise the gross neglect, incompetence and general executive ineptitude that has seen us piss our hard fought place at the top table up the wall.
So stop sending your early bird bollocks emails ......

Early bird seems to work for me online and I'm not a renewal, could be a web browser issue for GermanStokie or something as simple as that. EDIT: Just saw his post about getting it to work so ignore my advice!

Anyone having trouble renewing on line I have tried to log in to my account and I don’t exist anymore it doesn’t recognise any email addresses I have. You have to log in as a new account. If you have points etc you might need to phone the ticket office for help. I didn’t bother as I haven’t had season tickets for a few years

I had to add „new relationships“ on my profile (my kids) so I could link the tickets to each of them. New tickets too so not just renewals. Another bonus as I remember them having a initial period where only present holders could renew early before general release early bird ☺️

You have to log in as a new account. If you have points etc you might need to phone the ticket office for help. I didn’t bother as I haven’t had season tickets for a few years So to renew a ticket you have to have a new account. What? When you try to log in to your MyStoke account to renew your season ticket, you get this message: "Please note that previous log in details used for scfcdirect are no longer valid, you will need to create a new account which you can then link your ticketing account to by using your exsisting client reference number." So I tried to register with my email address and used my old password. You can probably guess what message I got. "We already have someone using those details." Anyway, I then went down the lost password route and was able to get in. I then entered my client reference number, assuming it would link to my existing ticket number so I could renew it. It didn't. I was also unable to locate the seat number manually as it was telling me there were no seats available for sale in the block I sit in, or in any of the blocks from 2 to 9. As I said in my previous post, I then rang the ticket office and renewed with no mither. The person I spoke to said I wasn't the only one experiencing online problems. From experience, the online ticketing system has never been too fond of ipads.

Do you know what, I didn't even realise they were on sale. I haven't received any notification whatsoever, no email, no letter, no text.
It's not a complaint but rather an observation.
Last summer, I had to register with Leicester City so that I could watch the pre-season friendly at OUR gaff (it wasn't an option via Stoke) and I still get regular emails off them pretty much weekly as a result of that registration (I really should unsubscribe) but I never get anything from Stoke and I've had a season ticket for many years.

That doesn't surprise me Paul. I've had notification via email but several family members who sit next to me, and also purchase theirs at the same time and in the same transaction have not. Also, several family members who are looking to buy didn't realise that season tickets for kids were so cheap before they asked me personally. Thanks to the conversation they had, they are now looking to bring in some extra custom this year but it is with no thanks to any communication from the club. At a time when every penny in is going to count, you'd think they'd be advertising them on all audio, visual and written local media outlets.

Quick question
Ordered by season card today and first one I've had in a while.
Has anyone else who ordered online had a confirmation email from stoke? I've had confirmation from v12 as had the finance option but nothing from stokes end?
