And finally Mrs Q is on an early shift next Saturday so I'll be cooking country #2 for her then. Out of the hat is ..... Montenegro. Your recipes + tips will be very welcome!! Ok, I like the sound of the mountain foods but we had meat for Ukraine so maybe a fish dish from the coastal region of Montenegro. Buzara looks great, so do i do red buzara or white? Maybe I should push the boat out and do a pot of each? What could be more Stokie than a bowl of red and a bowl of white? I'm thinking served with either polenta or boiled new potatoes and some homemade bread.
