Etebo is top 5 or 6 in La Liga. How highly do you rate Vale? I think Vale get bigger crowds ??? Getafe average 11,024 this season. Trabzonspor average 28,196.

But they did want to play In fact they they were beyond criticism That's not what the manager has said. He said they didn't want to be here, so you're calling the manager a liar? They wanted a move. They wanted to play while they were here. The manager wanted a close knit group and togetherness. He has been proven right. Everyone got what they wanted. Nobody is the bad guy here. There’s no need to point fingers or make shit up to create bogeymen where there aren’t any.

Personally I never thought either was particularly as good as most said they were. I agree with this. My fear is neither will get a deal at their loan clubs and both will be back in the summer and we'll be wondering what to do next.

Talk about making shit up... Name one thing made up there? You’re more jaundiced than that bloke on the X-Files who ate blokes’ livers. Well Etobe was bollocked for taking the piss while warming up. The other bloke has been angling for a move 2 weeks after he signed for us. The irony is that MON will have had them playing better, like he has with every other one of the blokes who have stayed and knuckled down. Perhaps then at the end of the season they would get better moves than a loan to Turkey and Spains equivalent of Bournemouth. Bring back Jese, he wanted to play an' all.

It’s not a result of their exile that we’re winning. Feel free to put forward an actual argument to the contrary at any time.

Joe Allen was in the team when we were losing, Jack Butland, who you won’t hear a word against, was in the team when we were losing. Explain specifically how Etebo and Ndiaye are more to blame for that bad run than them or any of the rest of them?

Coming out and stating you want to play means fuck all. It doesn’t when you actually play well when you do play. The Badou I remember this season, was the one who was the best midfielder we'd got at that point, the one who offered energy and dynamism to our midfield, the one who looked like he actually gave a fuck, the one who ran over to pick the manager up off the ground in celebration, the one who ran after a sent off Joe Allen and put his arm around him as he was heading for the tunnel, the one who people on here (rightly imo) were calling to be made captain because he looked like an actual leader, when we had none. But somehow, on this message board he's been turned into a pariah, based on absolutely nothing. People want a simple narrative, they struggle with anything that might be even slightly nuanced. He's gone, we're doing great but it doesn't mean that's BECAUSE he's gone. At the end of the day, for all we know, O'Neill was told of our impending financial fair play issues the moment he was offered the job and Badou and Etebo were identified as the two most likely players we could move on and ALL parties understood the situation. We'll probably never know either way but does it actually matter? What we certainly don't need to do, is slaughter players for absolutely no reason though, it's not like we're dealing with Arnie here.

Both of those footballers have toughed it out and improved under a proper manager, like the rest of them. These pair have gone at the first opportunity. That, to me, says something about them as individuals.

If either of them go this week will they become dickheads too in your book? The top and bottom of it is that you’re biased and think anyone who doesn’t want to play for the club must automatically be a wanker.

Both probably more talented footballers than say James McClean , but if they don't want to be here , may aswell play McClean .
The game is 49 per cent talent and 51 per cent effort and application
We are not going to be relying on badou and etebo to save our season .We are going to be relying on the likes of McClean and Allen to save our season .
Looks like they will !

Well Badou was my favourite player but the argument by some is that they should have been playing even if they didn't want to be at the club. They were probably pissed off that they were on the 4 th manager in 2 years after seemingly getting on with Jones so when Mick came in and asked if they wanted to stay said no. Once they'd said no it was right not to play them as the manager clearly wanted to plan for the future without them. I see no issue with that.
