He's getting quite annoyed isn't he. Simmering along quite nicely, like the Oatcake version of a slow cooker. I see 'pal' is the new 'fella' though 😊 Plus some of us actually have a life beyond 'The Cake' 😉 15,000 posts would suggest otherwise heyzeus likes this 😂😂😂

Take it to an individual level if it makes you feel better, but the point remains that the vast majority of posts on here are from those on 'the right' having a go at whatever they see fit. Thread after thread populated almost entirely by angry and disenchanted people blaming everything on someone else.
There's clearly a reason for that, I've no idea what it is, but it's very odd that the right has been in power for a decade now and most of the last forty years in fact, yet these posters always need to find someone else to blame for the country's ills - immigrants, liberals, the 'woke', the EU, transgender people, anything remotely different really. But never the governing party they support and vote for with the power to put things as these posters would like to see it.
I think some people just need someone to hate to make themselves feel better and it's even more enjoyable if a bunch of people validate each others opinions over and over again.

It's not necessarily hate, I see a lot of pisstaking and ribbing but apart from one or two posters I don't really see any actual hate. Again, you can't exactly say that the extreme left are a paragon of tolerance. I'm centre right but what I like doing is exposing and challenging hypocrisy. I mean, the opening post of this thread is about someone ashamed of her own skin colour, yet you ignore that and get worked up over the people discussing it....

You've got him there fella I'll reply to his multiple posts to me tomorrow He seems quite irate at the minute. If he's on the beers I fear he might take it out on the cat Projecting again fella? 😊 Projecting is very common amongst those with NPD, as are the anger outbursts he keeps having. Unfortunately it's very difficult to address this disorder largely because most who have it are incapable of realising it

I wouldn't rule out some form of autism either- repeated behaviours, obsessing over certain things (he remembered a holiday I mentioned in passing on here two years ago, the current religion thing), poor social skills and the need to lash out when taken out of his comfort zone or faced with different opinions on things. He's a fascinating case study though, wish I'd come across him when I was studying psychology. If vokezeus does anymore projecting, he could hire himself out to Odeon 😎

Makes it easier for them to play the man rather than the ball. They'll be accusing you next.

Wrong again fella 😊 Quite a few of the left-leaning contributors on here clearly have one account and receive no such accusations. Bluers is one of them. You, despite falling back on these quirky characters- Yorkshire dialect, religion to name but two- eventually return to type and repeat behaviours seen on here many times before in various guises. Which is why I call you out on it and will continue to do so as long as you pipe up, you little trickster you 😎 'they have a strategy on here'? Pure paranoia fella, you're unravelling. There's no conspiracy, it's just a bunch of folks chewing the fat about stuff on a forum. Lighten the fuck up 😊

I can make my peace with recruiting targeting at ethnic minorities or women but you must never lower standards to force equality

I can make my peace with recruiting targeting at ethnic minorities or women but you must never lower standards to force equality They should have equality of opportunity, I agree, but not equality of outcome, it’s a dangerous idea, it also racist and sexist to suggest women and minorities need the bar lowering because they can’t compete with white men. It’s a particularly dangerous idea when it’s being applied to a profession like firefighting! Lives are at stake here. And what does it even matter if there’s more white men than women and minority firefighters ? . why the heck does It even matter ? Nobody can answer that question.

"We're terribly sorry that your husband was lost due to the all-woman fire crew being unable to carry him out because they're not strong enough, but I'm sure you'll take great comfort in knowing that thanks to the new system we're leading the country with 68% of all our fire fighters being women."

It’s important for society to have a balance both gender and ethnicity across the work spectrum However it should always be the best that are hired regardless of colour or sex I could not give a fuck who puts a house fire out. As long as they can

It’s important for society to have a balance both gender and ethnicity across the work spectrum Yeh, there’s no harm in trying to get more women and minorities into certain professions but the problem comes when they attempt to force equality of outcome, you’re going to end up with firefighters who are not as qualified as they could be, which could easily lead to someone losing their life, it’s one of those jobs where you want the best of the best, if that means 100% of them are burley white men then so be it, go and impelemnt your silly quotas in other professions where lives aren’t at risk... I dunno, plumbing or something.
