Butland 7 - couple of decent saves early on. Solid enough.
Smith 5 - Defensively solid, if not particularly tested, but killed all momentum coming forward with negative choices both on the ball, and offering support.
Batth - 6 Solid at the things he needed to do. Again, looked shaky on the ball, particularly first half, and not the option if we are going to play it out from the back.
Lindsay - 7 Solid, looks more comfortable with the ball at feet and kept their pacy outlet quiet centrally.
BMI - 7 played out of position for me (he's a Centre-half, despite the last 5 managers persisting with him at left back) but offered more threat and outlets than Smith, and stood up well to a fair bit of pressure down his flank second half.
Clucas - 6.5 Worked hard, and did the donkey-work through the middle but offered no real quality in possession.
Allen - 8 MOM Best player on pitch, an all action performance which was emphasised by the amount of passes he intercepted and how he looked to get at people and try to get us on the front foot.
Campbell - 6 Looked lively and got at his full back on the few occasions he had the ball, but was limited by his full-back not looking to come forward in support and there not being a mobile focal point up top which would have created spaces for him to exploit.
Powell - 5 Started brightly, looking to press from the front, but faded and lacked any cutting edge on the few occasions he was in position to do damage
McClean - 5 Not his best day, worked hard to cover his full back, but, on the few occasions he got into decent positions his end product was awful. Also, didn't look to run his full-back as much as usual.
Vokes - 5 Worked hard, but without playing with wingers whose end product is consistent and full-backs who prefer to play percentages he is wasted for me.
Verlinden - 6 looked lively and wanted to get at them, but didn't get the service to test them.
Gregory - N/A thought the way we played yesterday with looking to probe with clipped balls in behind and looking to play with a more mobile focal point would have suited him down to the ground. As it was, came on with a few minutes left and didn't touch the ball.

Butland 6 Smith 2 Baath 2 Lindsay 2 Indi 3 Allen 6.5 Clucas 4 Campbell 3 Powell 6 McClean 3 Vokes 2 H That's almost exactly as I saw the game. I'd probably give Indi 2 like the rest of the back four and maybe Campbell 4 rather than 3 but the best summation I've seen yet by far.

Butland 7 - one very good save, a couple of routine ones
Smith 5 Baath 5 - poor heading Lindsay 5 - brave when clattered Indi 5
Allen 7 - busy and constructive Clucas 6
Campbell 6 Powell 7 - calm and creative McClean 6
Vokes 5
Verlinden n/a Gregory n/a
It was a poor game, in difficult conditions. stoke were the better team but Millwall had the best chances
