"A referendum is democracy, yes, but we didn’t know the facts or what we were voting for. Anyone who says they did is a liar or Einstein and I don’t see many Einsteins out there." Bore the fuck off...

Just let me get this straight.......
You read that entire, quite lengthy article (that almost entirely focusses on Reid and his career), you then picked out the one small part about Brexit.......and you want him to bore off?
Hmmm, okay then

Ah you again... I'll save us both the trouble and forgo what will obviously be a round of flirting and skip right to the business end: I can tolerate the Bojjer ripping - which has a bit of relevance to his career etc. But I've lost respect for him with that bullshit that I quoted above. It's as boring as it is patronising.

A bright man that clearly has strongly held and well thought out principles. Always good to see in the football world. (he’s a big cricket fan too which always puts someone a step ahead in my book)

It's as boring as it is patronising. Can't believe a football thread turns into another brexit argument yet again. However, What PR has said isn't wrong is it? A vast majority of the voters didn't have a clue what the vote was for, how could they? Until politics is taught and explained at school, you can only rely on curiosity and there's just no chance 20 million people were that curious to study the details. It's not an argument of leavers vs remainers either, what I said above is relevant for both.
