I think Powell and Duffy are. How many times you seen Duffy play this season? And Powell is about as solid as a wet sandcastle. Shows you just how shit a number 10 I think Joe Allen is.

He certainly wouldnt be my first choice as a No. 10 BUT:
1. He's miles better than Ince in that position
2. Defensively he's an absolute liability because he gets pulled out of position and loses his man far too easily so he's 'safer' playing in a more advance role with Badou, Etebo and Clucas deeper.
3. He can use his undoubted energy to press and hassle opponents more effectively there.
A fit, injury-free Powell would be a technically better option, but he often isn't fit or IS injured ...
Duffy is a quality player, a little past his best but should be seen as competition for Clucas rather than as a No.10
