Still rather limited, thanks for asking. Not a quick heal, virtually losing one's heel. You healed? I'm at the end of week 11 of the running comeback and today and last Saturday did the 13 miler around Cheddleton and Ipstones around 1:50 today and walking without any real problems. The last two times I've lasted 4 months before having time off but this time I've had a longer break, done more walking and started with slower, shorter, sensible runs. I've missed the Ched run in particular. Coming back from the station to Castros with the canal one side and the river the offer is quite beautiful. I love the Crowgutter wood section as well. Lunched at The Black Lion on Friday and did the walk up through Crowgutter and back via Belmont. It's a fabulous part of the world you're very fortunate to live fairly close to it. I did think about you last week as I ran past a guy with interesting hair just outside Castros on the Cut Show off.... It's me gait that's most interesting mate.....

My father had an Airedale terrier & it was bonkers. The vet said”If you have it castrated it will calm down.” After much nagging by my stepmother(£@#&her)Reluctantly, my father agreed to the procedure. The dog licked’his’wounds, but remained mental. One day my father noticed the dog eating something in the garden & saw it was magic 🍄. Poor dog lost his b%!!%#&s for his fix. That’s dedicationXx HHHHHold up a min.... Bath's back garden June 21st sunny stoke... Shamanics on the lawn, a young Bath holds the Airdale{Goat sheep dog} while snr castrates the beast. I'm calling Bathomet! Polaroids or it didn't happen.... +
I’d ask my father for the pictorial evidence, but he, the stepmother(£@#&her)& the Airedale are all dead.

That’s dedicationXx Christ this is tougher than the Enigma cold. # = c and & = k in the second encryption but matches no profanity I can think of in the first. Hmmm... oh hang on yes it does... £ = f @ = u It's base Bath cypher, though he's known to switch and adopt a reversal. He dropped the obvious clues in b%!!%#&s.. where: % = o the 6th letter under the normal 1-9 rules of numerology... ! = l the 3rd letter under " " # = c and so on... & = K work back up the script from bottom to top, and reverse at each step. Use this methodology to decode his script. Tht's how I do it any road. Beware. Best not say owt out loud when you're doing it...

Three of my parents remain Bath, all in better nick than me. Again, I have no clue what you’re on about... Get with it man, I'm the product of a broken home, Latch key, Steps and such... My genetic parents sub divided and recombined into two new wholes, a brace of mummies and daddies... before I could talk... So I don't think it disrupted me much {ha ha} In many respects I had double double good... Weeks in Fair Gaze, weekends in Leek... and eventually hafe siblings and such.. And I flew the coops... as you do... Mostly still local and on v. good terms... One Dad, Two Mums, two locations currently. Bless/touch wood etc...

I trespassed over every ounce of Keele university in my youth Last time was a couple of years ago when I incorporated it into my marathon training sessions Did you miscreants knock around Keele Hall? Fascinating tales of Aleister Crowley knocking about around there trying to summon up egregores etc. You have to be careful, you could've got drugged and bummed by his ghost yer know.... It's just come to me, musical interlude?

Seems like I may be the only one on here fessing up to seeing something, trying to adopt a rational approach to what the silver ball speeding high in the sky could have been.. Not many people have time nor inclination to check the sky these days, I suppose, folks in a rush. Unless it's cloud memes on phones. Everyone hell bent heads down looking into the new scrying mirror. Black mirror.

So is it your stepdad that’s alive... 50/50 chance but no mate. The genetic engineeer survives. Top man. One of each on the women front, and whilst I try not to show preferences my real mum makes me. And no, my mum and dad didn't get back together. Can I get off the couch now please? Before I do... The answer to your next question is 2, both lads, men now. One in Derby, one in Dawlish.. That's the immediate Cheees ancestry....

It's just come to me, musical interlude? Fantastic tune, strange bit of nihilistic self loathing it would seem. Stark imagery, with his 'ragged hole' {rhyming wiv goal}. On the surface the antithesis of the Crowleyian credo:'Do what thou will', the Will to Power etc... Bowie is denying the self, and denying any thirst for knowledge, improvement, redemption. 'Knowledge comes in death's release' etc.. I suppose it's worth noting that the second 'law' of Crowley was to turn everything on it's head, show the left hand, turn the truth, true thoughts upside down. Interesting tune. I wish I could share videos like you, run and stuff...
