Suddenly gone to shit? We are six games into a 46 game season with ten new players to gel together into the team/squad. Its absolutely normal to get off to a slow start under those circumstances. This is a fresh season with fresh hope, we have actually been shit for a long time before jones arrived. Can you explain Swansea's start please? Not that I need too because the answer is simple, there are exceptions to every rule. It's perfectly normal to start slow with so many changes in the summer. Thats a given, ask anybody in football, you're either a bit thick or you know it's the case. Not to mention we have been unlucky in a couple of games aswell and should be on more points. Let me ask you this, how do you know they won't tail off and we pass them on our way up the table? How do you know we wont start slow and get into the season as it progresses & Swansea wont start like a train and fall like a stone? You cant have it both ways, the season as a whole is 46 games, we have played 6, but then you judge final league position after 6 games so it doesnt make sense to you. You had may aswell not go with your logic because we are relegated allready.

You as good as admitted you had no idea the other day. I'm not the one making stupid predictions with no evidence to back them up. I go on facts and the facts say 3 in 26 😊

I have to admit that I read the headline ..."We still exist" when it first got posted and I have read parts of the thread since, though not all of it. Therefore I don't know all of what has been said.
Have I missed the bit where we get into existentialism. ie."a philosophical theory or approach which emphasizes the existence of the individual person as a free and responsible agent determining their own development through acts of the will".
I was just wondering if we had still to hear from Sartre, Martin Heidegger or Albert Camus etc

What do you expect us to do if he has no instant impact, sack him? What if the next man doesnt? Sack him too.. what we going for, record number of managers in a season? No thanks, I'd rather jones given the time to sort it out pwhich I believe he will. Buckle up buttercup, jones is going nowhere 😊

When you have witnessed as much dull football as a stoke fan as you have, why on earth would you want to swap the manager for another 'safe option' which who may play dull football, you know you'll be bored very quickly even if we are winning. Why not just give this manager the time he needs to sort it out, you cant say he hasnt played some decent football this season? If that better stuff is what we are aiming for why would you want to swap it for dull football? Accept the situation for what it is, personal mistakes have been costing us points, ten new players to settle in, but the football philosophy will be worth it. This manager wants to establish attacking football with lots of goals, I'd rather ride it out and wait for it.

It's not like we would be trading NJ in for a guarantee of better results or better football. After relegation the owners have tried to be more adventurous with there appointments. Let's give it the time to click.

I think Renes Descartes was wise to avoid mentioning football in his theories.

I'm fairly sure i exist however it's impossible for me to be absolutely certain. I consider it to be a leap of faith to assume the 'we' do.
