He was stand out today. Many have questioned his attitude, but maybe he doesn’t like being surrounded by losers which is what we are....don’t blame him for wanting out at all....the club and players are a bloody disgrace.

The answer for us lies in 4-2-3-1 and badou has to be in the two

Showed genuine leadership.Perversely the sending off ought to clarify a few selection dilemmas. Badou's performance, great though it was to see, generates questions as to what's going on at a deeper level within the club imho.

Candidate for MoM, thoroughly committed performance, though some of his tackles were potential yellow cards.

Yes he played well today but if I was the manager I’d never play him. He’s a problem waiting to happen. Short term potential return but at what cost

Jones and us wondered where his head might be. It was right in the middle of it. He showed every bit of passion to win.

He’s one of our best players and he needs to turn it on if he wants his move. It’s a marriage of convenience but we just have to hold our nose and get on with it.

Yes I do realize we are bottom of the league. This guy doesn’t want to play for Stoke, what effect might this have on team morale? What happens when he has his next strop and decides to down tools? I know I’d attract some level of opprobrium with this opinion but it’s just not good management

Exactly what we have been crying out for in the middle of the park, put etebo in with him & clucas and results are going to come.

Thought he was the best player on the pitch. When Etebo starts and the invisible man returns we’ll be a different animal. Still think Jones needs to go though because he won’t be able to work it out.

You've just got a bee in your bonnet. His performance was the best we've seen by any Stoke player this season....in my opinion....and if he continues in the same vein we've got half a chance of turning the season around

The answer for us lies in 4-2-3-1 and badou has to be in the two ... which we knew was one of a handful of credible systems with our players from last season, so first thing is to find a manager that recognises that. And its not our current one.

Agreed Rob,i'd happily settle for Badou getting his desired permanent move in January or the close season if it comes on the back of personal performances that drag us up the league table. Desperate times and all that. Badou oozed discipline, composure and leadership today. He can play a bit too, everything we're crying out for in the middle. That he's remmbered it all at the apparent flick of a switch,is for another protracted discussion.
