Sounds like he’ll ring the changes again.
I’d be inclined to keep most of last nights 11 in but I’m not convinced with the 3 at the back so I’d start with the following.
........................... butland .....................
Smith............batth..........Indi............Ward
...........................woods..........................
Ince....................Etebo .................Clucas
................Vokes........Campbell.................

would keep same system as last night
..........Federici
.....Collins, Batth, CCV Edwards.................Maclean ...........Woods ........Ince.....Clucas
........Vokes....Campbell
Campbell got a knock if he isn't ready then would play Hogan instead
wouldn't be upset if Etebo plays instead of Ince

I think it’s become increasingly clear we don’t have any players at the club who can effectively play as wing backs, mcclean is the closest but it doesn’t work for me.
Ward is the only recognised LB at the club so if he’s fit he has to play in a back 4.

The $64,000 question.
That was his second string last night, yes?
But on the basis, they ground out a win, should they now be his first?
If it ain't broke and all that ...

I'd keep it exactly the same and swap Collins for CCV. He can't keep changing the system and personnel. He's surely a madman if he does. I guess you could use the argument some may be tired but if we have a system change and more than 4 player changes I'm done. You just can't carry on this like this.

I really don't get why Butland would retain his place after another disastrous performance and Federici looking so solid last time out. If your keeper is looking flakey it runs through the defence and conceding becomes inevitable. He has to get his confidence back without it affecting the first team. Personally I wouldn't have on the bench at the moment - something is not right.

Hold on I think some people are getting carried away with a win and scoring some penalties, both rarities I know, but we need to also keep in mind that we played a Leeds 2nd XI last night and gave away a two goal lead.

If it ain't broke and all that ... I don’t think we really have a second string, all the players in the squad are reasonably equal in ability, there’s no real stand out players and we don’t have a side that picks itself. Campbell as a forward could be the stand out striker as he has something the other strikers don’t, which is pace.

Butland needs to be a million miles away from this team.
He’s dropped a calamity or more in almost every game, he needs at least 6-7 games out of the side as an absolute minimum.

That won't happen in a million years. It needs to, gives Butland time to re-focus and the defence might settle down slightly as they won’t be on edge every time the keeper is called upon.

Jones, in his post-match interview in the Sentinel, is already talking about "using the squad" again for the weekend.
So 11 different players then? Federici, Edwards, Collins, Lindsay, McClean, Cousins, Etebo, Allen, Powell, Hogan, Gregory?
I can see at least 8 or 9 or those starting. Woods for Cousins? Duffy for Powell? Campbell for Hogan?

Not a scooby doo. Given NJ’s rotation policy Martin Carruthers might make an appearance!

I’m not sure why so many people are still having McClean at LB or LWB
He’s such an easy target defensively. Which isn’t his fault as he’s been a LW for 10 years
Butland
Edwards Batth Collins Bruno Ward
Etebo Woods Ince
Gregory Campbell

I expect him to go with something like that, as clucas will definitely be due for a rest. Possibly with cousins but hopefully not and maybe Duffy instead of Ince.

Last night was his second string, although a few may have knocked on the door, so I expect a side similar to last Saturday, but hopefully without Clucas and Cousins
Federici
Edwards Lindsay Collins ? not sure one of: Ward; BMI; Carter-Vickers; Baath McClean
Etebo Woods Ince
Gregory Hogan
