The process makes me laugh. The process is clearly @@@##ng @@@@. Why do we still employ the process?

The blame for the last 3 years sits squarely on his shoulders.Relegation, stagnation, managers have come and gone, players come and .....well been devalued until they are unsaleable, match day experience none existent, scapegoat recruitment Director gone, club rotten to the core, on his watch. Any other business would have found “ new challenges” for him to move onto now. The best reason for getting TP back short term to keep us up is that this twat would have to walk I'm sure ( PS I dont want TP back ) . Making Jez Moxey look competent, that takes some doing!

What’s needed right now on the pitch is a true leader. We don’t have one at the club and the transfer window is shut. Good news is the loan window is still open so we should go and bring an experienced leader in for the season, you know, a Gerry Taggart type. Bad news is the guy to sort the deal is on holiday at the moment. Unbelievable innit.... Sorry to break worse news mate but the loan window is shut in England. We have no more opportunity to bring anyone else in,but we can still shift some of the deadwood out to Europe.

With all the calls for Jones's head i cant help thinking that after this seasons start and pathetic transfer signings that Scholes is going to get away with it again.Every part of our club is broken not just on the pitch,we are being left behind by much smaller clubs in all aspects.Ticket office, toilet facilities, bar, food, car parking, exiting, security, you name it they are very shoddily run, understaffed with not a hint of goodwill or customer focus(not the staff).the management giving them no time or space to do any kind of decent job. When was the last time Mr Scholes queued at half time to use the loo or for a drink/pie etc..was searched on the way in or had to fetch a ticket to an away game? Stoke City is a very poorly run business and will get left behind even more unless change at the top happens.
Scholes out!

Sorry to break worse news mate but the loan window is shut in England. We have no more opportunity to bring anyone else in,but we can still shift some of the deadwood out to Europe. It's worrying isn't it that we have so much deadwood on crazy wages yet the CEO is away on holiday at a time when the foreign window is still open. It’s more worrying that Coates actually sanctioned the leave, it’s not as if the FA randomly picked any old date at the last minute to confuse everyone. As much as I despise Scholes the Coates family are firmly to blame for the current situation

He would be getting his P45 this morning, I would bring in a new CEO, to concentrate on the business operation and match day experience, a retro technical director, to give the club stability and football continuity, first job for the pair , sort out Nathan Jones successor.

Well hopefully the family will remind him that at the end of the day he is still an employee He is a Director. That he maybe, but he wouldn’t be the first director to move on to a new “challenge” he is a minority share holder, not the owner.

That he maybe, but he wouldn’t be the first director to move on to a new “challenge” he is a minority share holder, not the owner. You’re quite right on point 1 and hopefully you’re right on point 2. There’s no bigger critic of Scholes than myself. I believe passionately that he was the architect of our decline by convincing the family that we should employ Cartwright (a man with very little experience) and implement a new recruitment policy which was core to ousting Pulis. We are now reaping the benefits of his intervention

His name needs to be sung in the stands. "Tony Scholes, get out of our club"? I think a "Tony Scholes, your process is shit" would be good and different from the normal "get out of our club" chants.

Tony Scholes as much of a cretin as he is did not appoint the last 2 managers. That falls on the doorstep of the son and heir of Stoke City.
Funny how we started to become shit ever since he took a more active role in running the club.

Tony Scholes is the chief executive -- Again I humbly suggest some of you look up what the job actually entails
and what responsibilities it covers
9th in the premier league and 29th richest club on the planet to:
Bottom of the Championship, diminishing sponsorship / income ( now some hundreds of millions of pounds), a truly disasterous transfer policy, a complete failure to find competent team management and, a rapidly emptying home stadium as obvious example.
ALL on his watch I'm afraid
So, there is absolutely NO hiding place
And I cant even imagine another walk of life where this would be tolerated and accepted to such an extent.

Three years ago I said in here spiral would continue until he leaves ,nothing has changed , it’s the only redeeming part of a TP return if Hackett is to be believed it’s one or the other
