according to ESPN if they fail to beat Arsenal.
Was kind of hoping he would last until the FA Cup game to be honest ???

Soi, It's interesting to draw the similarities between Allardyce & Pulis. Both play unpleasant, route one football, but supporters are generally placated on the proviso that the team wins. If that is not the case then there is nothing to justify keeping them, so the fans turn. The fact (for both Allardyce & Pulis) is that it's no good building a results-orientated team and then moaning if you don't get results. Irrespective of his earpiece and backroom staff, Allardyce is nothing more than a route one donkey, and Newcastle (the club and fans) deserve better. That said, i hope he clings on till January

I would quite contentedly piss myself if they give it to Shearer just in time for us to knock them out of the cup.
