Very poor footballers don’t score double figures in the premier league. Let’s face it, most of those goals were poachers goals or they hit him on the arse from somebody else’s shot. Yeah and who needs a goal scoring poacher with a knack for being in the right place at the right time

A total clown of a player. Good riddance Why do you have the biggest clown in the clubs recent history, as your display picture?

Yeah and who needs a goal scoring poacher with a knack for being in the right place at the right time If that’s the case you could get somebody from Sunday league and pay them a couple hundred quid a week. Poacher or not, he is a shocking footballer who struggles to control a ball and stay on his feet, he is that bad.

The fact is that Diouf is the most prolific forward we ever had in the Premier League over the course of a season. Ball control was never a particular strongpoint of his I grant you, but he has/had other qualities which made him, briefly, about as good a striker as a club like ours was likely to get.

Lets be honest. He’s shocking I honestly don't think he's as bad as people are making out and his attitude has never been one of contempt. He sends a genuinely good guy and has pace, but we hate pace don't we?? Has to be a place for him in a front 3, problem is we won't go 3 up.

When he learns how to jump and win a header I might think again. When he learns how to control a ball I might think again. When he has a shot at an open goal from 2 inches away and scores I might think again. Apart from that he is a nice person, I think.

He was but he clearly wasn’t fit. So why play him? He's gone mate. I said bring him into training. Give him a chance. Last season he got banished to the U23s and then his dad or mum died (I can’t remember which) and clearly it took his toll. I’m not calling for him to play but give him a chance. The article is about what to do with him. If he’s still on board he should be brought back into the fold surely. Not like they can’t use all the help they can get at the moment. Seems daft, and rude, to just banish him and yet still be paying him.

Now you mention it - there are similarities, but I have to disagree really - JA is a bit unfairly criticised in my opinion. Good reply though.

If he is training with the U23's and is showing some signs of capability to get back with training with the first team squad then that would be a given. As I said, I think, for whatever reason, his time is up. He is on big money, agreed, but he has had it. Yet another SCFC problem, see Palacios.

At least with Rowett he banished a load of them to the U23s. Bit rude to just send Diouf there. Not like half the new ones have done any better. At least it would be someone a bit useless and past it that we know and like and make a change from these useless and/or past it newbies.

Training with the U23,s must be like being sent to the naughty step with a clown hat on your head. Agree with the last sentence though.

Diouf cost us nothing, other than the usual signing on fee you give with every free transfer and for 2 thirds of his time here has been excellent, whilst I accept of late he has dipped certainly not on a par with Palacios but if he's fit and here why not use him? The same could be said about N'dye with attitude towards us but like I say if fit, collecting wages get them working!

Sounds like more indecision from NJ. Just stick to your guns for more than a moment, whether right or wrong stop chopping and changing. Your actions scream ‘panic mode’
