New evidence: two broken beer bottles, lots of blood, broken lip and broken headphones (which the police forgot to take photos of at the crime scene).
But since he has been remanded in custody and then arrested for "so long", he will be released and probably receive compensation as we in Sweden have short sentences.

Right. We should change our laws dramatically here. The World it is a changing. It’ll be hanging time soon I wouldn't want that, not in this case, not in any case actually. And one month now in the arrest might equal what he gets. The guy from Afghanistan has a crime record and acted inappropriate. The question is though, was the response too much. Case closed next week.

The trial began today and will continue for two more days.
The guy from Afghanistan is asking for approx 140.000 SEK (£12050) in damages. Asap Rocky could leave on Friday even if he is convicted.

... following by text (and listening when it's possible), from the trial LIVE now.
Crucial is a broken bottle. Obviously used - but by whom?
The guy from Afghanistan didn't know any English, they all say now at the court.
It makes me wonder: in what language did he try to communicate?

I heard the cheeky Afghan say about his broken headphones in English...

I heard the cheeky Afghan say about his broken headphones in English... Aha. Do you think he's a liar? It will continue tomorrow - just because the questions to the guy from Afghanistan took so long. Otherwise it had been all over today. Crucial is if the bottle was used. Then it's two years in prison for the one holding it. It's all over the news here obviously. But it's likely ASAP Rocky wasn't the one using it. Perhaps not the body guard either, but their third person ... or someone unfamiliar just passing by.

Just a passing note. ALL rap artists should be arrested for crimes against music =) How in Gods name can anyone call rap music I'd say +30% of all music played on the radio and on tv these days in Sweden are rap. And among new immigrants it seems to be 80-85% of what they listen to. Thereby, the most dominant music genre here now. That's why I don't listen to the radio anymore. I can't stand people nagging.

The trial will be extended to today plus Monday. The guy from Afghanistan doesn't remember some things.
ASAP Rocky initially had another lawyer. The one he has now is famous for having represented several threading conductors.

Changes again!😃
Now they say the trial will end today.
Most important victims today around lunch, I guess. Just before lunch a victim on the Afghan side was heard - a representative from where he resides. Talking of the trauma. Need for a psychologist etc.
And at 13.30 ASAP Rs body guard will be questioned. It all started with him, so probably he would be one of the most important people to hear.
The Swedish police are said to have been looking for ASAP Rs mobile phone early this morning at his manager's place, for evidence.

It's amazing how they expect people to remember exact details one month after they've happened.
Where did you stand? How fast did you go? Where did he look? Did you fart before you pissed down yourself?

Carla Pantzar was the last one to speak, lawyer to the 3rd ASAP Rocky guy. She said Afghan lied. She said a lot.

Today August 14th ASAP Rocky and the two crew members were convicted for the assault of a 19 year old guy from Afghanistan.
Two female witness's statements were of great importance in this case. There is no proof any bottle has been used during the assault. It was proven it wasn't any kind of self-defence situation to begin with. ASAP Rocky won't be able to get any compensation whatsoever for any missing incomes from the canceled concerts - since he was convicted.
They won't get any other compensation for the time being sent in custody.
THE VERDICT: 2 years suspended sentence, all three.
They also have to pay totally 12.500 SEK (£1081) for damages, to the assaulted guy, 4167 SEK (£362) each.
They have to pay the assaulted guy's litigation costs to the swedish state: 201.526 SEK (£17509). Note: Thanks to the two crew members private financial situation they only have to pay 20% of the sum, 40.306 SEK (£3502) each, and ASAP Rocky pays the rest 120.914 SEK (£10505) 60%.
They also have to pay 800 SEK (£69.50) each to The Crime Victim fund.
Naturally, they also have to pay their own attorneys which should be even far more than the costs above, especially ASAP Rocky who substituted the lawyer during the process and got two. I won't think the one he got in the end is one of the cheapest ...

ASAP Rocky disappointed as f@ck. He thought he would be acquitted in court.
Appeal is doubtful.

It was just on the evening tv news here now.
It's rather "funny" they only mention what the three convicted guys have to pay to the assaulted guy from Afghanistan, for damages, 12500 SEK (=£1081).
They should definitely mention that they ALSO have to pay for the assaulted guy's litigation costs, 210526 SEK (=£17509), but they didn't. Not in the papers either.
Why is that? That is much more.
