I can't believe anyone is still bothering to try to score party political points about a man who pretty much lost all relevance to that aspect of politics last December...seems like a rather desperate attempt to rake over the coals to me... Disagree it's political points scoring its just people commenting on a message board. The Labour Party will spend years in the wilderness as a credible party if they don't address some of the issues of the last few years for better or worse. For example the EHRC report on antisemitism that smeared Corbyn and helped bring his downfall, where is it? Should have been released in September and now the EHRC are unwilling to give a publication date after a Freedom of Information request. What about the leaked report that allegedly shows members of the current Labour Party conspiring against Corbyn before the GE? All seems very convenient to me, but if it shows institutional issues in the party it needs sorting surely? It's not actually about Corbyn, it's about what's right and wrong.......

Well there’s a surprise I wonder what starmers take on that revelation is Wibble wibble I'd hope, PR firms will work for anyone who pays them, there's no such thing as a tory pr firm, there are pr firms that may have someone who has worked for the tories or even votes or represents the tories however see point 1. They will work for anyone who pays them. The reason Labour lost so badly is the 30+ years of vile associations, actions and words of racist grandpa.

"Lord" fucking Austin Traitorous fucking scumbag. I’m not sure how that treacherous little scrotum Ian Austin sleeps at night to be fair. Wankers like him, John Woodcock, John Mann, Mike Gapes and Gavin Suker put all their energies into undermining a Labour government and at least 3 of them have been thanked accordingly by current government. Shameless bastards the lot of them.....

If you want an idea of how the Uk Would look had Jezza had won Look at Wales "All five Welsh regions had a majority for those who thought the pandemic had been handled badly by the UK Government. The proportions holding that view varied from 67% in Cardiff and South Central Wales to 54% in Mid and West Wales. As many as 86% of Labour, Lib Dem and Plaid Cymru voters think the Welsh Government has handled the pandemic well - a view shared by 63% of Conservative voters." From the last poll in Wales.

I've seen a lot of statements recently along the lines of, "This is what you voted for". By that same token I take it anyone who voted Labour in 1997 advocated the murder of civilians in Iraq and the bankrupting of the country in 2010? Of course they didn't — if we're busy blaming each other for this year's events it's no wonder the political class is using the public as a scapegoat!
I've never been a one party voter but I voted Tory in the last election. This is not what I voted for... but who could have foreseen a pandemic?
I honestly don't know if Labour would've handled the virus any better. Maybe they would have. But if what's being seen in Wales is any indicator I'd say we might have got off lightly.

I've heard Drakeford speak a lot throughout the pandemic and he has come across as calm, measured and sensible. He has overseen an absolute shit show last few days and he needs to address it ASAP.

Well no, if you voted Labour in 1997 you’re a small part responsible for the government you voted for from 1997-2001. So not the Iraq War OR the “bankrupting of the country”. By which I assume you mean the collapse of sub-prime mortgages on another continent, and the subsequent ripple effect for which we weren’t adequately prepared. (To use your argument, who could’ve foreseen an economic pandemic?) Anyway I digress

Listening to Starmer get questioned here he may wish to sweep the antisemitism issue under the carpet but it will rumble on and on, right up to the Forde Inquiry in 6 weeks time and beyond. And this is the problem, unless the Labour Party bare their arse warts and all it will remain a monkey on their back for months and even years to come. I haven't read the report in detail but will do so over the next day or so. Behind the headlines though the report shows clearly that the rate of cases being acted upon shot up under Jenny Formby when she was appointed. The people who have the most questions to answer remain Ian McNicol and his team who right up to McNicol leaving his post appear to have sat on cases, whether this will be confirmed by the Forde report remains to be seen.......

If you have a point spit it out. It's a straightforward question? Do you support the findings of this Commission? You posted a lot of material relating to the Commission so I was wondering if you are supportive, or agree with their work in general.
