The British are perhaps the country with the worst, most dirty history of terrorism the planet has ever known. From inventing concentration camps, to the Mau maus, to murdering tens of millions of Indians and Bangladeshis through starvation (your hero Churchill)supported and armed the Afgans and even now the British government support and arm the terrorist PKK. So Johnson is as we speak supporting terrorism. Hypocrisy of the highest order. Regarding the IRA I think most people under the age of thirty couldnt care less about something what happened before they were born and yet again the British were just as bad as the IRA. Corbyn is absolutely right to condemn both. Why shouldnt he? Anyone under thirty couldn’t care less about what happened Well in case it escapes your attention there are far more people in this country that are over thirty The organisation your beloved leader supports the Ira brought terror and death to the streets of Britain ask the people caught up in The Birmingham pub bombings the parents of those children in Warrington the people of Manchester But it’s ok because in your eyes there over thirty there opinions don’t count Those terrorists bastards nearly succeeded in blowing up the British government which despite anyone political belief is a affront to democracy My best mate did three tours of Northern Ireland in the seventies and he still hasn’t had a proper nights sleep since I’d lay odds you wouldn’t have a clue what it’s like listening to a man who’s watched parts of his mates flying past him never knowing when it was his turn All done by people who support the aims of your party leader You are either very naive or very insensitive And most British Soldiers doing tours of Londonderry, Belfast & South Armagh were young lads mate. Many trying to escape the shit-holes they were born in ending up being shot at, spat at, bricked and petrol bombed.

Thousands of people on the mainland and NI are still living with the aftermath of the troubles

Jezza delivering an excellent visionary socialist speech right now....
We’ll create a new Ministry of Employment Rights to give workers a seat at the Cabinet table and strengthen the democratic voice of the workforce through collective bargaining. Every worker will have full rights on day one of a new job; entitling them to sick pay, holiday pay, parental leave and protection against unfair dismissal. A new Workers’ Protection Agency will ensure all these rights are properly enforced. And we’ll create a Working Time Commission … to reduce the average full time working hours to 32 a week within ten years. But to truly rebalance power in people’s daily lives we need to go further. So Labour will give workers a say and a stake in their workplace … by ensuring a third of the seats on company boards are reserved for worker directors ... elected by the workforce.
A Labour government will rebuild communities across Britain with investment on a scale our country has never known bringing new jobs and fresh growth to every town, city, region and nation. We’ll upgrade our creaking infrastructure with £250 billion of public investment into energy, housing and transport through a National Transformation Fund and establish a National Investment Bank to make a further £250 billion available through loans to businesses and co-ops to get our economy moving. Grotesque inequality isn’t inevitable. It’s the result of a deliberate effort to tip the balance of power away from workers towards the privileged elite that Boris Johnson’s Conservatives represent.
Change is coming comrades.

Nationalise rail, mail, water and energy. Free bus travel for under 25's and OAP bus pass Supports Extinction Rebellion. Would pass an anti-war bill. Scrap tuition fees. Raise minimum wage. Lower working week. Free prescriptions in England. Build 1 million homes over 10 years.

And, as an afterthought, I wonder how a "worker" is defined?

It wasn't and isn't Conservative Government policy to actively encourage unsafe housing. I'm surprised you don't blame the Conservatives for Hotpoints drier design, which incidentally never got recalled after extensive testing. What Grenfell did show was the accepted and widespread practice of tenants abusing social housing by sub letting and even sub-sub letting council flats. The "hostile environment" was created under Labour's Alan Duncan. Yes Windrush was a fuck up but again not Conservative policy. Destroying the original landing cards was the start of the debacle. "The only official records of the arrival of many "Windrush" immigrants in the 1950s through to the early 1970s were landing cards collected as they disembarked from ships in UK ports. In subsequent decades, these cards were routinely used by British immigration officials to verify dates of arrival for borderline immigration cases. In 2009, those landing cards were earmarked for destruction as part of a broader clean up of paper records. The decision to destroy was taken under the last Labour government, but implemented in 2010 under the incoming coalition government" - wiki. Tory austerity because we had to balance the books after yet another Labour spendthrift. And you can stop the racist accusations.

The simple answer is that a "worker" is defined differently depending on the country and the legislation. Some are chosen to sit on the board of directors by Unions, some directly by the employees holding a vote, some by the various committees that exist within an organisation. I guess it depends on the legislation.......

It's not anti war, it just takes away the power from the executive and gives it to the Parliament. Cameron gave the house a vote on Syrian action. Disastrously they declined. Blair gave the house a vote on action in Iraq. It passed.

But the point is that he has condemned the IRA on many occassions. But people still plug it that he supports them over the UK. Right wing propaganda drivel. So by that rationale if The Yorkshire Ripper said "he really admires Prostitutes and they do an often dangerous job" he should be forgiven and released. Sorry...This new found condemnation just does not wash. Once an IRA sympathizer always one.

So Labour will give workers a say and a stake in their workplace … by ensuring a third of the seats on company boards are reserved for worker directors ... elected by the workforce.A Labour government will rebuild communities across Britain with investment on a scale our country has never known bringing new jobs and fresh growth to every town, city, region and nation.
Change is coming for sure Sheikhy... Loose change...As that's all we will have left after these idiots have got us into incontrollable debt and poverty.

I understand the IRA cause I think most educated people do ,but do I agree with their methods of course not. But I also didnt agree with some of the methods used by the British either. Does that make me a sympathiser ,no.
