If as quoted he is on £35K a week it will obviously save us some money and is far better than getting stuck with him.

Just Wimmer, Bauer, and a good few other fringe players to go.

His wage will be freed up though so that’s better than nothing Not sure why people get het up about fees as if they had to pay a fee they’d pull out of the deal meaning the player is still paid by us It’s the real world I think 'rent free' is the term the kids use for something or other. I agree with your serious point btw.

Just Wimmer, Bauer, and a good few other fringe players to go. What are they doing now? Training at stoke? Sentinel says they're keeping fit with the u23s, but don't know how recently they were sighted. www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/stoke-city-transfer-steven-fletcher-4440669Moritz Bauer and Kevin Wimmer are back at Clayton Wood but their futures lie away. Interesting to think what'd actually happen if we couldn't find anyone to loan them? Just send them on a round-the-world trip and say see you in June?

If we can get rid of a good percentage of the 3 'bomb squaders' wages that should free up funds for at least one domestic loan.
Bauer and Wimmer's agents will be working overtime this week to find something for them that is acceptable to Stoke. A year out of football at their age and careers are over. Depends whether they have any professional pride or not. If they want to sit on their hefty contacts I say let them rot.

Don't they usually release the financials of transfers in Turkey? Only when dealing with us, so everyone can have a laugh at our expense. Are we sure they'll even be covering all of his wages?

Karagümrük has added Badou Ndiaye from Stoke City to his squad on loan. Ndiaye will undergo a medical check-up on Monday. The player's purchase option has not yet been determined.
Karagümrük signed Badou Ndiaye. Ndiaye's club Stoke City will not be paid a rental fee. Ndiaye came to Istanbul today, even though there was a bit of a delay in the transfer!

Who was responsible for his signing (transfer/signing on/agents fees)?
Plus the signing of Bauer and Stafylidis (remember him)
just asking for a friend

You'd think if Badou couldn't get fixed up it may come to it being in both player and clubs interest to play.

I don't really get the hate for Badou and Etebo, when they've played they've put in a decent shift. Blame the club, they gave them stupid contracts.

I blame Mark Hughes for so much that has gone wrong at our club. I also blame the board for santioning these mental deals. However you simply cannot blame the players as well. They're meant to be professionals and are paid a fucking good wage. Badou taking photos of his passport and sticking them on Insta, not being arsed to turn up on tume. Etebo has less moments but he's still taken the piss. Berahino and all the drink driving convictions and being a lazy fat waste of space. Wimmer applauding the Spurs fans after we shipped 5. The players are as disgraceful as those who put their faith in them.

The players are as disgraceful as those who put their faith in them. I too lay blame with Hughes, serial offender to bad transfer at a load of clubs (an agents wet dream in physical form) - of course the board sanctioned a lot and they don’t come off clean either. But...I think also - before Hughes we attracted a lot of fair-weather supporters who jumped on board after a few seasons of seeing that local team on Saturday eve telly but were shocked that we didn’t play silky sexy football such as the Citehs, Utds and Chelskis. That ushered the end of Pulis and Hughes seen as someone who can bring in foreign players to answer fans’ calls (he did exactly the same at Qpr and crippled them, they still recovering). So I think as fans we also need to carry some of the weight to our downfall. I’m all for wanting more from my team - but if out of the realms of reality then it can go booby up as we now know.
