You would hope given the current crisis he would be happy where a club are paying his wages? We'll have to see? Did he appear at training? Hopefully the sentinel will have the low down tomorrow on who is training and who is missing! Dereliction of duty if not!

It was learned that the black and white people had a meeting with Ndiaye and that the Senegalese football player accepted the offer.

Not anyone, just the ones that will get him to the promised land... which is Champions League, something we can't even dream of offfering him.

Would there be a fee involved or a freebie and get him off the wage bill?

Turkish media very unreliable. But this claims his salary is 2m euros and we want a loan fee of 1.7m euros with a purchase option of 7m euros

You could believe he was on 70k a week in the PL, with a 50% reduction clause bringing it down to that level now.

If the quoted 7M Euros is right there is no chance at all they'll buy him!

But they might pay €1.7m to loan him And then another €1.7m next year If all his wages are paid (if) by them then that's more money for us than selling him for €2.5m now. Painful isn't it

Painful isn't it Yes, but that was not what I actually said, a 1.7M loan fee for next season is OK, but as said they won't buy him for 7M Euros after the loan period! That is when I think 2.5M Euros is more realistic if we want to sell him.

What we should really do is have a clause where if he plays x amount of games they have to purchase him.
We're going to run out of Turkish clubs we can loan him to in a few years.

I don’t know why we bother putting in purchase fees when we loan him to Turkish clubs.
If all the clubs in the country pooled all their money together they’d barely be able to buy a fucking round of drinks in at the Malt ‘N’ Hops.

We had one of those with Wimmer at Hannover, and that worked really well, didn't it. As for running out of clubs in a few years, well unless you actually suggest we extend his contract for a few additional years just so we can have other clubs playing our player, the contract will run itself out the season after next, and whichever Turkish club wants him then can have him for nothing. Although then they will have to pay him the full wage by themselves, which will probably be a stumbling block and could see N'diaye being a free agent without takers.

I'm leaning towards mercenary. I see what others are saying that we don't know what our position is and whether we're trying to sell him although we have seen with Imbula we are willing to be creative to end contracts.
He is one of the players that has ability but didn't want to role his sleeves up. We then have someone who might be looking to sit on this contract as a bargaining tool rather than leaving Stoke and take the terms a Turkish club will give him and make a play in European football. From the outside it could be argued it's all on his terms and heavily led by money.

I've been hearing a lot this morning about incompetence and corruption at the highest levels, but apparently its regarding allegations around the Lebanese Government, and not about our transfer team and policies as I actually thought!
