Fantastic news for Reform. why? can see Nige packing it in to go and follow his idol. He hasn't as yet even set up a constituency in clacton, or met any of those who voted for him. He doesn't give two hoots about his UK political career when trump is king now.

They are basically funded by the same pot of money as Trump, and I can imagine this election result will increase that pot of money.

Don’t you worry about it👍🏻 Looks like, that (sadly) that might actually be you Dan ... Plenty of posts related to Starmer and his party, appear (quite understandably) on his thread, as do posts related to Farage and his party on this thread. In all fairness, the board would be an absolute mess, if we had to create a separate thread for every MP we wanted to discuss wouldn't it?

His odds on becoming Prime Minister next time have just risen considerably. With support from Trump and Musk working to undermine Starmer there is every chance he will be the next PM That's still some almighty vote swing my friend 2024 General Election Vote CountLabour overall votes: 9,660,081 Conservative overall votes: 6,755,953 Reform overall votes: 4,072,947 Liberal Democrat overall votes: 3,487,568 Greens overall votes: 1,931,880 SNP overall votes: 685,405 Plaid Cymru overall votes: 194,811

I mean, love him or hate him, one cannot deny that he has a degree of media savviness.

They should piggyback onto Nige's personality and join forces.

They don't even seem that different to Reform and Farage is a far better communicator. I can see them merging at some point with Farage becoming leader. The influence Trump and Musk will have will make Farage the standout candidate in the next election I feel. Starmer has little time but he had better deliver or he will find himself back where he started.
