Has his attitude been that bad mate? I don't really know his career so am genuinely asking. I've only really seen him when we played Wigan this season and he did look good but the odd game doesn't mean consistent and all that. If there are red flags with attitude I think we should steer clear but as I say never followed him closely? Surely Nathan won't go for players with a bad attitude? I’m 99% sure he was a Fergie signing as well, fair enough he was a teenager but if you can’t even tow the line with Ferguson then you’re nigh on unmanageable. He dropped straight from the Premiership to League One, absolutely no one wanted to take a punt on him, and he’s been stuck at Wigan ever since, he’ll start the season in great form then once he can’t be arsed anymore he just stops, when was the last time you heard his name pop up this season? The complete opposite of what this team needs, if we’re going for Championship attacking midfielders we should go balls out for Bradley Dack. People can mature though, and hasn’t Dack got a questionable attitude aswell? |

I know Nick personally and I can honestly tell you he really does not like playing football for a living. It will take a very good man manager to get him up for games.

I don’t know Nick at all but can confirm he was one of a few numbers 10s who ripped us apart at home last season , Blackburn and QPR being notable others

He'd only have to stand on the pitch for 20 seconds and he'd get slaughtered by some.

Hope not. Crewe fan and hates Stoke. Heard that from a very good source SGS Sorry but that's absolute nonsense. Might be a Crewe fan but if you seriously think that would stop him signing for us then you live on some bizarre planet not called Earth. I know it from THE source for the record. A couple of the people above make a point re his attitude but his career at Man U was taking off when he had to have a back operation. He didn't enjoy his time at Man U very much at all |

You do need a thick skin or a super charged engine to play for stoke though |

I said before he turned down a Prem move to Brighton . Family in Haslington. Would have no problem joining us |

He lives in Knutsford now so it makes sense and has 2 young daughters so can’t imagine he’s gonna want to move away..

He is a local lad from the Crewe area.Not really strange that some on here will know him.Have heard the same myself.My niece knows Luke Murphy who captained Crewe,and he said similar.He would be a fantastic signing if he was motivated.He is only 25 with endless talent but motivating him is the problem. |
