Does make you wonder why Bauer hasn’t played wide right for us more often this season. He’s the quickest player we’ve got and one of our only creative players. I only saw the second half but he looked very good. Even in front of Edwards? doubt he will stay however |

Has there been a side that have declined as quickly as us in three years? Sunderland had back to back relegations but they struggled for years in the Premier League. Wolves dropped to League 1 but they only had a couple of years in the PL. Wigan were perennial PL strugglers. We've gone from regular 9th place finishes to this in three years. I recall Northampton were relegated four season on the trot. I bet they didn't spend 60 million 😎 |

Surely to The Divine Being, there will be no more of the “Afobe is a proven goal scorer”, “Ince is a proven performer at this level” crap?
They are proven- proven bloody useless, disinterested pair of slackers.
If Jones is serious in his comments that Ince is a “tremendous” player then I really do worry.

I took some stick early in the season for suggesting that Ince was a bit of a waster, cut from the same arrogant cloth as his Dad but he’s made me feel well justified as he hasn’t a clue. Get rid.

After 10 minutes of playing 3 Championship teams have already scored more goals than us after we have played 90 minutes. I feel Stoke will be going nowhere next year. The task is too big. Not enough Money to spend. This bunch of players would struggle in league one. Its not the money though, its who was brought in, no pace, no creativity and pretty much zero real desire (apart from McClean), most of them have been going through the motions this season, and I'm puzzled why Jones seems to be getting the whole he's not good enough etc given how awful the squad is. Maybe because he keeps talking about wonderful performances lacking just goals, and some real talent in the squad, and the evidence of our own eyes tells us that it’s just garbage. He seems to have no idea on what to try, or how to use subs to change a rubbish performance. Adam might have been just the right sub second half against Millwall. Nothing happens and a bad performance drags on with inevitability to the bitter end. Today after his team talk we were much worse second half. His squad or not, you would expect some improvement, and the omens so far are not good. |

I wouldn't expect any really apart from only slight, every game we play there's thread after thread of which players were awful but somehow he's meant to suddenly make them into a completely different player. McClean has always been a head down swing a leg at it player, Allen has always been a bit of a headless chicken, Ince will never be a work your bollocks off for 90 mins player, thats not going to change regardless of manager, we need to give Jones the benefit of the doubt, and a decent amount are, and see what he does in the summer, let him start to build a team that he can work with and works well together, the squad is filled with the same kind of plodding players no one can do well with that. |

If Jones insists he wants to see Afobe and Ince on the pitch,May I suggest he puts 2 cardboard cutouts of the pair of them on,because I swear, the cutouts couldn't be any less effective.
Plus the cardboard can be recycled too.

We won't end up spending 12mil on him but we did over spend certainly but to say he's clueless is a bit unfair, he's a very frustrating player but he's been our best attacker this season and no one comes close. |

Went today and the back 7 we were head and shoulders above Millwall , then you come to Clucas Ince Afobe and McClean .
McClean tries but has no quality the rest barely break sweat.
This is the first time Jones has really worried me, why drop Verlinden and only make one change .
All four of them need to be gone in the summer .
