One of the wittiest comedies I’ve seen of late. V poignant dark comedy, written & performed by the protagonist.
It’s now on episode 2 of series 2, but the whole of series 1 is on BBC iPlayer.
I think it’s unique as a piece of work 🎭

It's very, very good indeed.
As well as the main protagonist, Olivia Coleman is excellent in it too.

Watched it for the first time last week, Series 2 Episode 1 and it got me interested. Watched Series 1 on iplayer and really enjoyed it, the characters and wit.
This weeks series 2 episode 2 was the best yet, looking forward to the rest of the series.

Another tick here. Just got through series One and about to start on series Two. As stated, brilliant observation and the capacity to be fairly brutal.

I forget she was in that, what a film First time I watched it my neighbours at the time were throwing their 20th house party of the month, couldn’t hear half of it because of the banging music and half way through when we asked them turn it down one of them tried twat the mrs. Put me off watching it for ages took me about another two years before sat down and appreciated it watched it loads since. Edgar Wright is a cracking director I loved baby driver recently by him brilliant film.

Every moment a joy to watch, really flew under the radar along with a film released at around the same time i think called, 'The Nice Guys', highly recommend it.

Watched Fleabag flying back to Canada next to an Arabic gentleman. My wife was sat next to an old Indian lady.
Great watch and bloody difficult not to burst out laughing & draw attention to the screen 😁

I watched the first episode and didn't like it. Maybe I'll give it another try.
The star and writer was one of the writers for the upcoming Bond film.

I've watched the first 20 minutes of the first episode three times now and just don't get it at all.
From the sounds of things on here it seems that I'm in a very small minority of people who didn't like it but I just don't get the humour.
Not for me I'm afraid.

Not for me I'm afraid. .No, no, no, no Deeside you've got it all wrong. You need to watch the first three episodes to get into it and to acclimatise to the camera work which is unsettling until you get used to it. I watched the majority of the first episode and thought it's not for me then listened to the enlightened buggers who'd persevered. Episode 7? the restaurant meal is as good as comedy gets. It's rare TV when every actor is on it and the script is wonderful.

After stubbornly snubbing the series for all the Nordic Noir she consumes, MrsBath binge watched the lot in 24hr this weekend & now won’t shut up about it...
