Do we like any of our current squad? You can’t possibly dislike Bruno no matter how useless he is a times. He is the world’s nicest man. That’s part of his problem. He seems to take the nice man act onto the pitch. He needs to be a right badass when he’s playing.

His dad said today on talksport that he and Tom watch aDVD of all his games for stoke and he asks Tom what he thinks he could of done better in the game Christ it must be like Groundhog Day in the Ince household. “What could you have done better here son?” “Everything” 😂😂

Ince hasn't got a right foot yet plays on the right wing ,he receives the ball stops waits for our full back or Allen to overlap him then proceeds to take the ball half way across the outside of the 18 yard box whilst having a defender pressure him to not letting him turn ,slows our attacks down and runs into bother to much ,so easy to play against love to see him play on the left where I'd expect him to get to the by line like a winger should ,but dosent like or want to play there so he's of no use to us

Ince is technically a decent player but he doesn't get stuck in or work that hard for the team. He would have to change his game - and the question is whether he's hungry enough to knuckle down to do that at this stage of his career. He's one of those who looks too good for the Championship but not good enough for the Premiership.
He just doesn't strike me as the right sort of player for Jones - more suited to a slower, more considered approach. Not his fault but it could be a case of wrong place, wrong time.

Didn't he play left wing for Blackpool rather successfully ?

Tom Ince is a decent player who in some games this season has been the only player to distinguish himself.
Well, I would suggest any potential new signing should read this thread. Then ask yourself why should I move to Stoke? Many of the senior players can't be arsed any more. And a lot of the so called supporters will give you dogs abuse, if you make a mistake. Speak to James McClean and Jon Walters before you put pen to paper. Bide your time, where you are. Even if the money is not as good.
Today's Stoke City is a toxic club. It needs rebooting and starting with a fresh install.

Surely you have to get your most creative player in the team somehow?

Ince has become a comfort zone player who thought he'd be first one of the picks under Rowett no matter what

He's a good player at this level but I can't see him fitting in to nathan Jones new 'environment'. He doesn't have the focus or intensity.
He's a very saleable asset although we won't get our money back on him. I'd look to sell him
