Impressive cameo from Campbell. He should be in & around the first team for every game from now until the end of the season. Let’s see if he can produce at the higher level. He seems to have abit of pace, power & a trick. Nice to see. On that evidence I’d have him on the left over McClean any day.

That was a poor game we should be doing better than this. Time to sack Rowett and get someone in who knows what they are doing.

Lovely bit of skill by Ince in the middle of the park to free himself up before. Has he ever played the attacking midfield role? There were a number of calls for him to be used in that position earlier in the season.

Don't let Rowett get back on the team coach PC, just hand him a P45 now!

SO basically all round same shite as always. Rowetts masterplan produces the sweet sum of fuck all until plan B of route one and a winger who can do something useful comes on (too late). How much more evidence does the board need before sacking this cretin?
The whole of our defence today (sorry to say including Edwards, shockingly poor against bottom of League One attack. Our Midfield, only Etebo comes out with any credit, he did all he could do to break up and get Stoke moving forwrad. Special mention for how shit Mclean was, worst performance ina Stoke shirt I have sen for at least a decade, shameful.
Bera did ok, given very poor service, Afobe and Ince had shockers, totally anonymous and hiding a lot in Ince's case.
Campbell looked Raw but hungry, he has to be given a chance.
Overall, Rowett has to go, lost the support of everyone including the players, please sack him today.

Campbell did more in 15 minutes than Mclean did all match. What does Rowett see in him? Whatever it is it won't be for much longer To be more precise he did more than any of our front 4

Etebo MOTM for me. Guilty of fouling too much in the first half, but held us together for most of the match. He won huge amounts of possession. Better than Woods in front of the back line.
We missed Allen's work rate in the middle.
Campbell deserves a few starts to see if he can blossom instead of just subbing for the last quarter.
Ince is the most one footed player I have seen since Norman Hunter.
Body language: Mark Sale looked absolutely brassed off and as though he wanted the ground to open up and swallow him. Spent most of the time starring and the ground, with the occasional glare at Rowett when Rowett was standing in the technical area in front of him. Sale would have looked suited in a bowler hat and black moustache when looking at Rowett at times.

If that isn't the match review on the official site in its entirety, they've wasted their time typing much more than they needed to. "Match summary: Grim"

I wonder if we can go another calendar year without scoring three in a match?
If we're going to be shit and boring we may as well do it in style and try and break some records.

I wonder if you'd still be moaning about not scoring 3 in a match if we went on to win every game now until the end of the season 2-0 (not that we will).

Well that was fun.
Watching our lot attempting some kind of cohesive gameplan is like watching a bunch of spice addicts trying to negotiate an Escape Room.

22 x 5 minutes as you know Bristol (60th minute) Bolton (81st minute) Birmingham (59th minute) Millwall (86th minute) Aston Villa (89th minute) Ipswich (88th minute) QPR (84th minute) Nott Forest (79th minute) Middlesbrough (82 minute) Sheffield United (66th minute) Birmingham (80th minute) I could go on but I've got other things to do. Don't get me wrong I love the big guy but what you've stated above is factually incorrect. Why let facts get in front of the agenda monkeys though.

Has anyone thought that perhaps the manager isnt the problem - Hughes couldn't motivate them, Lambert filled a few cracks but still the same spiritless players (in the main) now Rowett starts to get somewhere with the players and then it starts to fall apart. Shawcross is not a Captain - he does not inspire as a leader and just a thought that since he's been back in the fold that apathetic attitude runs through the team - We need a leader on the pitch, preferably someone who can think on their feet and install some agression in the players. No matter what manager we have at the moment its the players who need a to sort themselves out - you may say its the Manages Job, but is Player Power taken a dressing room hold after some of the pathetic signings and no doubt Wages paid to newcomers - so why should I make an effort when these Johnny come lately's are not doing it

And Diof missed that header from inside the six yard box in the middle of the goal and mis headed it - good job Crouch was there to pick up the pieces. The Clearout needs to begin now
